“Caitlyn” (aka Bruce) Jenner has announced his candidacy for governor of California. The question is should conservatives support him? After all, Jenner stands for lower taxes, common-sense border security, and less government intrusion in our daily lives. Surely this would be better than the tyrannical rule of Gavin Newsom, wouldn’t it?
The answer, in a word, is no, and the simple reason is, likewise, one word — priorities.

Conservatives understand that our cultural foundation is weak when we live merely pragmatic and materialistic lives. We know the more weight life brings to bear on the shifting sand of moral indifference, the more likely our nation is to fail. We have learned that a house must be built upon deep footers and solid cornerstones, or it will fall.

Jenner is a TRAP for our side...and, just like Jan 6th, we’ll fall for it, hook, line, and sinker.
When this is the best “Republicans” can do, it’s no wonder that California is doomed.
He’s a mentally ill transfreak
I don’t have any problem with calling him ‘Caitlyn’, provided he went through the process to legally change his name, but a name change doesn’t change him into a woman.
Why anyone would vote for someone who has demonstrative and obvious mental issues is beyond me.
We got screwed once via Arnnnnold:-)
The Buildabetterburgers sure do have a deep ‘talent’ pool to draw from to steal yet one more election ..
Schwarzenegger in 2003 and now,, Bruceita in 2021.
We live in strange times indeed.
Jenner is NOT a thing.
NO ONE in California is supporting him.
This is a media manufactured thing.
HEAR, HEAR!
Well said; my thought exactly!
I wouldn’t if I lived in CA but here from MO, I’ll just laugh and say, sure why not? It’s CA after all.
...because he is mentally ill.
re: “We can do better than Jenner.”
Head in the sky; it’s California.
You’re another puritan I presume?
Ronald Reagan would NOT win in today’s California.
He’s a democrat with an R next to his name. Did he ever go to prison for killing that woman?
It's his business. But I would not vote for him based on those personal choices.
The mentally ill need support, just not THAT kind of support.
