This may be the weakest argument ever. Just behind the “we can’t prosecute govt people because it will reduce public confidence in govt” excuse.

The individuals that are corrupting Biden’s DOJ are the problem, not attempts to rectify the massive election fraud that is being covered up, but not very effectively.
They must undermine their own credibility and authority in order to prevent the rule of law from resulting in discovery of the truth regarding the 2020 election.
This is puzzling. Why make a mockery of the law, and deny the evidence of election fraud, if it is clearly there? They fear justice, they are not upholding it.
