Kamala Harris and first gentleman Doug Emhoff kissed through their masks Wednesday – even though they are vaccinated – as the vice president traveled to Rhode Island where she stopped by a local store to buy four books.
Before going their separate ways as Harris prepared to board Air Force Two for a day trip to Providence, the vice president and her husband shared a peck in the lips-area without removing their masks.
Both Harris and Emhoff are vaccinated against coronavirus and new Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidance says those vaccinated do not need to wear face coverings while outside with each other.
The move is yet another confusing display on what the White House is recommending vaccinated Americans do in reference to wearing face coverings in public.

The Mask Cult
I heard Mexicans are streaming across the border of Rhode Island...
Like licking the window of the candy case.
I think for the “second gentleman” that should read “cuckle, cuckle, cuckle”.
He probably counts himself a lucky man, now.
Kamala Harris and first gentleman Doug Emhoff
Doug is the “second gentleman”, just as the wives of previous vice-presidents had the title “second lady”.
First Gentleman would be a male spouse of a president, not the vice-president.
That Doug! I hear he covers her face with a BLM flag when doing the nasty.
Did we pay for this? Was she inspecting a border or something?
You can’t get more dumb-a$$ than that.
Mask up is the only way to kiss Heels Up.
Makes you wonder why any man would willingly sign up for this kind of marriage? I guess he somehow gets his needs met.
Harris made an unannounced stop at ‘Books on the Square’ while in Providence, where the vice president purchased ‘The Topeka School’, which explores the roots of white male rage; ‘The Nickel Boys’, centered around the underground railroad; ‘Simply Julia’, a cookbook that looks at ‘food equity’; and the novel ‘The Dutch House’.
I’m sure all of these books are approved of by the social justice warrior types. Can you imagine the reaction, if she bought a book by Mark Levin, or Thomas Sowell, or Milton Friedman?
I wonder if she chose these books precisely because they are good virtue signaling items?
I refuse to complicate life - one man - one woman.
Simple is correct. Simple is better,
It's a masquerade
