Some left-wing Americans are having trouble emerging from coronavirus lockdowns, according to a new report in the Atlantic.

“Progressive communities have been home to some of the fiercest battles over COVID-19 policies, and some liberal policy makers have left scientific evidence behind,” writes reporter Emma Green, who notes that some ordinary Americans of liberal political persuasions have become so committed to lockdowns that they are having trouble returning to normal life.

I was having a converstion with a co-worker who has been in the office twice since March 2020. He said he got his first shot and said he will leave his apartment and be more comfortable when he gets the second. He is 25 years old! I am 42 and was never scared! My mom is 67 and handicapped and was never scared either! we are screwed.

Same here - I have young left wing liberal co-workers who have not left their house for a year. One dummy forgot to start his car every week and had a dead battery.
