Former President Trump celebrated Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) being booed by a crowd by fellow Republicans at an event last week, calling the senator “a stone cold loser.”
“So nice to see RINO Mitt Romney booed off the stage at the Utah Republican State Convention,” Trump said in a Monday statement, using the acronym for the dig “Republican in name only."
“They are among the earliest to have figured this guy out, a stone cold loser!” Trump continued.
Romney was booed on Saturday at the beginning of his speech at the Utah Republican Party’s organizing convention.
Video from the speech showed attendees cheering and booing after Romney asked how people felt about President Biden’s first 100 days in office.
Booing from the crowd became louder after Romney said he wasn’t a fan of Trump’s “character issues.”
“You know me as a person who says what he thinks, and I don’t hide the fact that I wasn’t a fan of our last president’s character issues,” Romney said, receiving more boos before he asked the crowd, “Aren’t you embarrassed?”
The Utah GOP during the convention narrowly voted against a resolution to censure Romney over his votes to convict Trump during both of his impeachment trials.
The Republican senator has been a vocal critic of the former president.
Romney earlier this year was also one of several GOP senators who voted to convict Trump for inciting the deadly riot at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6. He also voted to convict Trump on one count during his 2020 impeachment trial.
Trump has repeatedly slammed Romney, including criticizing his impeachment votes and mocking him for attending a Black Lives Matter march in Washington, D.C., last year.
Romney should have recognized he was booed before even mentioning Trump. The twerp just can’t get over himself, that nobody liked him before Trump ever ran.
They said Patton had character issues too. There used to e people smart enough to realize it is more important to win the war. But Trump knows what the rest of us know. Liz and Mitt are more traitor than fighter.

Mittens, Cheney, Murkowski, Kemp, and all other RINOs should be loudly booed every time they take the podium. The crowd should shout “Traitor! Traitor! Traitor!” and blast them out. These RINOs think a very small minority of GOP voters hate them. A tidal wave is coming for every RINO who must face a primary in 2022. Kick them out and replace them with conservative patriots. It’s the only way we will ever take back the country.
Romney wanted to badly to be Trumps Secretary of State....went in for an interview, kissed Trumps ass, but he was rejected for Mike Pompeo, a much better pick, Romney would have been Trumps worst nightmareas Secretary of State...leaks all over the place so that no force could be used etc.
There is not one GOP who can be trusted. Not one.
They conspired to attack GEOTUS and raped America.
Romney is the worst. Nothing but gratitude for the fine people who booed the hell out of him.

I’ll never forget the aggressive Romney going after his opponents in the Pennsylvania primary. Come the general election, he practically ran ads for Obama, he was weak, feakless and cloying.
It is about the taglines, aka the GTO "A Tiger in your Tank", etc etc etc.
However, the shorter the better, it sticks. This one is also brilliant.
Maybe Epic is a better word to describe this jab. It is like something out of a Clint Eastwood Spaghetti Western, you can almost here Clint saying it about a villian under his breath with the Ennio Morricone music in the background....
Man I think he has a major hair across his @$$ for Romney. Good.....
Don't forget Mike Pence, he's the biggest back stabber of them all.
I want my 2012 vote back! I despise rinos like romney more than I do the democrats. I wish they would just leave the gop and form their own party; they can call it the davos globalist f*ck America party.
