I read about this in another article earlier today, but I clicked on this story because I wanted to smile again.

Mitt is obviously a chip off the old block of big government.
Remember that Michigan excreted Gerald Ford as well.

>>I was the Republican nominee for president in 2012
He also has this in common with two politicians from Massachusetts (yes that was one of his many states)
who ran for president... he LOST. See below
1988
George HW Bush 426 EV
Mike Dukakis (sorry about your cousin..) 111
2004
George W Bush 286
John Kerry 251
2012
Barack Obama 332
Mitt Romney 206

“You can boo all you like,” said Romney. “I’ve been a Republican all of my life. My dad was the governor of Michigan and I was the Republican nominee for president in 2012.” The cacophony of disapproval only ended after outgoing party chair Derek Brown scolded delegates to “show respect” for Romney.
Derek Brown -- "Just settle down. This is Kent Dorfman. He is a legacy from Harrisburg."

Just like Tim Scott they have to start out with saying Bidens a good man.
How is it Trump was attacked by all these people, but they all like Joe Biden and believe in his goodness?

If he had an ounce of integrity he would resign.

I went to the GOP Iowa Straw Poll in (I think) the summer of 1995.
At that time, the Straw Poll was considered to be the first competitive contest for potential Republican presidential candidates in 1996.
Arlen Specter, a fake Republican Senator from Pennsylvania, decided that the Republican Party could not survive without him, so he announced - or tried to announce - his candidacy at the Straw Poll.
He was literally booed off the stage.
A big crowd, too - like 15,000 people, almost all of them booing.
That was an exhilarating experience I will never forget!
