Pence sticks to the same strategy he used by Trump’s side: Total fealty (Gag)

COLUMBIA, S.C. —When former vice president Mike Pence reemerged for his first post-White House appearance at a convention center chicken dinner here Thursday night, he did not mention how then-President Donald Trump's supporters marauded through the Capitol on Jan. 6, threatening to hang him. Or that the president attacked him on Twitter for lacking "courage" as the Secret Service rushed him to safety that day. Or the criticism Trump has leveled toward his former No. 2 in recent weeks.

In fact, as Pence met privately with about 400 pastors in the cavernous First Baptist Church downtown and traveled across South Carolina, hobnobbing with and fundraising for Christian groups and conservative candidates, he spoke with an almost reverence about the former president.

What was important, he told supporters, was Trump’s accomplishments in office and how close the two men remain.

Pence is a puppet for interests such as the billionaire Koch Brothers (one now left).

Marc Short, Pence’s WH Chief of Staff, is a Trump hater as were all of Pence’s staff. Marc Short was the insider the Koch brothers used to do their bidding.

Pence as puppet never controlled his staff in the WH nor as Governor in Indiana. They controlled him.

Marc Short is the one who wrote the January 6 letter from Pence. He had Pence sign it.

Pence is a stooge that changes direction when people like Marc Short tell him which way the wind is blowing.

Unfortunately, many political offices are occupied with figureheads like Pence.

I am of the belief that historic election integrity reform will see many of today’s political figureheads replaced by true public servants.

He was in the unique position to save the Republic, and he either choked or he is a traitor.
~~~~~~~~~~~
He was always strategically silent when he should have said something. He threw Flynn under the bus.
When Trump was attacked for the Ukrainian phone call, Pence could have pointed out he (Pence) had a ‘relationship’ in the Ukraine and handled the calls with the head of state there, because according to Biden, Pence was the one with the experience.
Pence is, was, and will be a traitor. A leopard can’t change his spots and Pence wouldn’t want to if he could.
That said, he’d still like to be president, and he thinks he was robbed the first time. I think the DS was grooming him and Pence has it in his mind he’s already there.
I guess this lie will never stop circulating.
The “powers” you assigned to Pence do not and have never existed. The process you imagined does not and has never existed. The moment never existed and could not have existed.
It’s way past time to stop this nonsense. It is embarrassing and stupid.
it seems your mission is to spread false narratives and false information about literally every subject. Do you truly have nothing better to do with your life?
Well here we go again:
The Vice President has zero authority under the Constitution to invalidate Electors or “send it back to the states.” Whoever says this is either ignorant or lying. The Constitution says the Vice President “shall” have those electors sent by the states be counted. Not that he “can”, “may”, etc. He *shall*. That’s it. No legal mechanism whatsoever exists for them to be “sent back to the states.” If the States have an issue with their Electors they have to deal with that *before* sending them to Congress. The Vice President has zero authority to unilaterally reject Electors or rule that the count will not take place. This authority does not and has never existed. He can issue rulings as the presiding officer on any motions that are made during the proceedings but that is it. There were no competing slates of Electors presented to Congress - letters from legislators are not a legal instrument to be ruled upon in the proceedings, or that grant magical, extra-constitutional powers to the Vice President that the Constitutional does not grant the VP. Even in the cases where the Vice President would issue decisions from the Chair, they can be appealed and overruled by vote.
Pence (or any Vice President) could either be total scum or the most noble person to ever live - that doesn’t create roles, powers, authorities that do not and have never existed.
You are a huff and puff rhino. Pence was not obligated by the Constitution to certify a fraud. Play corrupt games and forever be known corrupt.. you people wanted Trump out as bad as any neocon.
Until there’s a true Conservative party, whose main priority centers on protecting my ballot, and completely eliminating voter fraud in this country, I won’t be voting again...ever. I will settle for nothing less.
Go back and read the 12th Amendment again. Pence wasn’t authorized by the Constitution to “certify” or refuse to “certify” anything. The electoral college certifies their own votes. The Vice President’s only role is to open the certificates.
Well that is the scenario that seemed to me the way the election would be corrected. The legislators are led by all these guys “I’ve been a Republican for 30 years” and they hated the concept of drain the swamp.
So even if there were members of the legislature who wanted to send electors, they could never get a vote.
And without them, Pence has no rationale.
Pence took an oath of office to protect and defend our Constitution. Pence had the power and authority to do just that, protect and defend our Constitution. Exactly who had the power to stop him?
So you believe that by the virtue of the Vice President’s oath, which appears nowhere in the Constitution, the Vice President has the plenary power to do whatever he sees fit to “protect and defend the Constitution”?
If you are really this ignorant of basic civics, then please stop voting.
“Total Fealty” wouldn’t have proclaimed Biden the winner.
Please cite where the Constitution declares ‘plenary power’?
The ‘Constitution’ does not provide a means and methods to steal national elections .. Pence took an oath ... to hold that Constitutionally created position...
By taking that oath, on a Bible, no less .. he was duty and honor bound to uphold the Constitution. Pence knew Biden was not ‘lawfully’ elected .. Pence became one and the same as the rest of the cabal... You all enjoy your revolution.
It is those that have perverted the meaning of the Constitution that should NOT be allowed to vote. You all that play fast and lose with the ‘law’ are in for a big Heavenly Surprise... The Heavenly Father keeps the perfect record. Christ gave a whole chapter what to expect from those that sit in the seat of Moses ... We the people are living that chapter in real time.
