You want to live in a society where the president can arbitrarily ban any product he wishes? Guns, internal combustion engines, fast food, kitchen knives, ladders? All have the potential to harm or kill human beings and therefore could be considered unsafe.
Joe’s dementia has progressed to a point he doesn’t know what he talking about and is told what to say. He keeps his eyes glued to the prompter and never goes off script because he doesn’t have a clue what he’s talking about. God help us but things are progressing to total chaos.
Too bad, so sad. They got what they voted for and if they claim to have not known, that just makes them stupid too.
I remember when everyone smoked and I thought it was a nasty habit but I wouldn’t want to ban it for anyone. I could see the argument of fully outlawing all smoking even if I would be against it ,but just banning menthol comes off as pretty racist

Not a flavoring that was inherently, medically, chemically dangerous.
Not the plainly dangerous thing being flavored.
The pResident of the United States just named a f*ing FLAVOR.
I can see this being overturned by SCOTUS as an unconstitutional infringement on free speech a la pleasurable sensory expression.

Unfortunately, this started under the Trump Administration.
Since 80% of cigarettes price is tax the government won’t ban smoking.
The big government people would like gasoline,guns, and electricity to be taxed likewise.
