A statement issued by the Turkish Ministry of Defense regarding the ownership of the Incirlik base and all the weapons systems at its disposal! The announcement came as a blow because US Pentagon officials themselves did not expect any Turkish moves or statements involving the Incirlik base.
And yet the announcement of the Turkish Ministry of Defense does not simply involve the Incirlik base but refers to the Turkey-US Defense Treaty that was first revealed by WarNews247 a few days ago. The Turkish media clearly state that this is Ankara’s response to the recognition of the Armenian Genocide.

Yep, Joe and Kamela promised him!
Trump and our military leadership are idiots if they didn’t get the nukes out of Incirlik.
The only correct response is to immediately but quietly remove all nukes

As I understand it: to remove the weapons, we need to fly in special planes and crews to remove them - not something that can be done on the QT or in secret; we have to notify Turkey of everything we do regarding entering and exiting the country - basically we would need their permission. If not. they would shoot our planes down and storm the base.
Erdogan needs to be told that if he wants our nukes, he can have them one at a time. We will even deliver them!
Erdogan has elected to receive.
Just go in arm all of them on timers and leave. Bye Bye, Turkey Pie.
They are gone or they are not functional (forever).
I’ve been told they were no longer there.
I don’t think we actually need a special plane to remove 50 B61 nukes. We just need to write a procedure to do it on whatever plane we are using. Almost any decent cargo plan can lift that load.
Special crews? That should not be hard to get there or to work around. We cannot let bureaucratic inertia put nuclear weapons at risk. We’re not asking them to disassemble the nukes, just to strap “up to 50” nukes in place aboard an airplane or two.
And we are the USA. We do not need Turkey’s permission to remove weapons that they have implicitly threatened.
And the hits keep right on coming . . . .
bttt
I’ve heard that too and I hope it is true.
Um, maybe you remember during Obola’s reign when the Turks basically took over our nuclear base.
Right - but did they grab the nukes?
Nuclear Weapons and Turkey Since 1959

Nukes do not set on the shelf without service.
I’m confident they are not only non-functional, but that the material in the weapon has been rendered useless.
I was told that by 2 pilots who served there.
I also had family who worked in the manufacture of them for a lifetime.
“I’m confident they are not only non-functional, but that the material in the weapon has been rendered useless.”
There is no way the nukes in AF inventory are unserviceable.
“I’ve been told they were no longer there.”
The location and counts of special weapons is classified SECRET. Are you saying someone leaked classified information to you?
We should give them to him.
And by now, he's forgotten.
