What makes you think the appeals judges in Minnesota will act in accordance with the law?Yeah, you're right. Our system has pretty much broken down.

Mad Maxine should be locked up. So should Sleepy, Creepy, Joe Dementia for his "praying" for the "right" verdict.

How do we know the case will even be appealed? --
Risk of malpractice against the defense lawyer. The case isn't over until the appeal has been denied.

Let her rant on that people know her mad. And besides, with this kind of stuff coming out now, the defense will have a case to make on their appeal.

Chauvin's defense attorney should have DEMANDED, and received, a change of venue. --
Petitions to the trial court are called "motion." Chavin moved for change of venue. Motion denied by the trial judge. Likely to be one of several arguments that will be advanced on appeal, why the verdict should be undone.

That’s a mistrial right there, if there is an honest judge left in America.

Remember when jury information was top secret? No one knew who served on any jury. Why did that change?
Our “justice” system is so F***ed up, it’s beyond repair.

There’s no need to appeal if they can arrange an “accident” in the jail.

Think about what you write before you post it
Were that the case, FR would have only a small fraction of the posts it presently garners.

There is so much information available about the jury, it wouldn’t be hard to piece it all together.
The StreetThugs are now feeling their oats and believe their violence was necessary and plan to continue their methods

“In fact, not sure Chauvin will ever be able to get a fair trial.”
I do not see any future police officer getting a fair trial.
