Critics bashed "NBC Nightly News" Wednesday after the Peacock Network's flagship evening news program omitted key details from a report on the police-involved shooting of Ma'Khia Bryant in Columbus, Ohio. Media Research Center news analyst Nicholas Fondacaro called out NBC News for editing out a portion of a frantic 911 call in which a woman is heard saying: "It's these grown girls over here trying to fight us, trying to stab us, get here now!" NBC did air a brief audio clip from the call in which the woman shouts, "We need a police officer here now!" Fondacaro also drew attention to the portion of the police bodycam footage shown by NBC, which he noted did not "show viewers the knife in the attacker's hand just before the shots." However, the segment did not hide the fact that Bryant had a knife. "A police officer shot and killed a 16-year-old Black girl in Columbus, Ohio saying she was threatening others with a knife," NBC anchor Lester Holt began the report. Throughout the report, a graphic at the bottom of the screen read, "POLICE FATALLY SHOOT 16-YEAR-OLD BLACK GIRL HOLDING KNIFE" and a still image from the bodycam footage showed a knife on the ground. As Fondacaro pointed out, however, ABC's "World News Tonight" and the "CBS Evening News" both aired the portion of the 911 call that included the stabbing reference and both zoomed in on the footage, showing more clearly that Bryant was holding a knife during the altercation. "NBC Nightly News" was slammed on social media in light of the stark comparison with the program's competitors.

Lester the truth molester at it again.
“Under fire” that’s funny.
They got caught by some conservatives doing what they do. No matter, no worries, their mission is being accomplished. Stupid Americans all over the country are sufficiently outraged.
News media pimping hate cops so what else is new first fake sells fast.
It takes the alternative NON-MAINSTREAM MEDIA to tell the world how alphabet news networks like NBC or CBS manipulate and edit the news to advance an agenda ( usually to create racial strife ).
NBC did it during the Trayvon Martin case as well. They deliberately OMITTED a critical portion of George Zimmerman’s 911 conversation to suggest that he wanted to kill Trayvon because he was a black man! Evil bastards !!
Here it is to remind everyone how this news network HASN’T CHANGED:

[EXCERPT]
NBC News is admitting that it made an “error” editing a recording of George Zimmerman’s 911 call moments before he shot Trayvon Martin.
“Today” aired an edited version of Zimmerman’s call to the police in a segment about Martin. The show’s audio made it sound as though Zimmerman had volunteered that Martin was “black.” In actuality, the 911 officer asked if the “suspicious person” he was calling about was “black, white or Hispanic.”
NBC News launched an internal investigation into the story. On Tuesday, the network expressed “regret” for the omission, and apologized to its viewers.
“During our investigation it became evident that there was an error made in the production process that we deeply regret,” NBC News said in a statement to the Hollywood Reporter. “We will be taking the necessary steps to prevent this from happening in the future and apologize to our viewers.”
I wonder if there will be a day in which NBC News is bankrupted big time via litigation (making the exploding pick up truck lawsuit look like small change by comparison).
Like they care.
Less than a day later, bodycam footage revealed that Bryant was clearly wielding a knife - and about to stab the other black teen when she was shot.
NBC News, however, continued peddling the 'unarmed' lie with a deceptive edit of the 911 call to remove a reference to the attempted stabbing, as well as the video - which NBC stops right before it's apparent the teen is holding a knife.
In stark contrast, CBS Evening News showed the important part of the 911 call. "These grown girls over here trying to fight us, trying to stab us," the caller says.
They also slow down the video and zoom in on the knife in the attacker's hand. pic.twitter.com/izvXaUH6Ki
Here's what NBC News DID NOT show:CONCLUSION: NBC NEWS IS TRYING TO INFLAME RACIAL TENSION !!
“CIA”
Editing videos and photos to get an emotional response from the target audience has always been a staple of the news media.
I remember one newspaper photo from fifty years ago of police holding down and beating a black radical.
The UNEDITED photo, shown in another newspaper showed the same thing, but included the murdered policeman killed by the black radical a couple of feet away.
Bump
“Under fire” by who? Nobody that matters, that’s for sure.

This NOT Babylon Bee...This is for real...
Anyone surprised ?
First Ma’Khia’s dream of becoming an abortionist was crushed by the inherent racism of the USA, then her attempts of uncertified abortion was cut short by the overseer’s bullets.

Until there are consequences for their actions (The Media), they will not change. They are operating under an atmosphere of fear porn. How many saw the fake report, but did not hear the outrage at its insincerity? They lie and obfuscate to get eyeballs on the screen. They now have what they want: people locked inside, afraid to go out, eyeballs glued to the “news”.
It’s what they’re good at. The Chauvin jury only saw specially selected bits and pieces of the video. The msm blurred out George Zimmerman’s head wounds. No story is ever the truth, the whole truth an nothing but the truth from them. It’s all about talking heads getting to run their mouths with their own agendas.
We should just call them the DemocRAT News media.
