Five months after the presidential election, the Supreme Court said on Monday that it won't take up a case from several Republicans challenging changes to election rules in the battleground state of Pennsylvania.
The unsigned ruling sends yet another message that the court's majority has no interest in relitigating the last election. Before Monday, the justices had already declined several requests to dive into one of the most litigious elections in history, denying petitions from then-President Donald Trump and other Republicans seeking to overturn election result in multiple states President Joe Biden won.

“...multiple states the Commander-in-Thief Robinette Bidet STOLE.”
Fixed it.
How often, historically, has the SCOTUS refused to even listen to the grievances of leftists?
“Roberts is bought and paid for.....................”
Ya think?
Exactly, they have no need to pack a court with only two conservatives on it.
Compromised means that you might do the right thing, but they have something on which prevents that, right?
Not the case with Roberts. He’s a willing, useful and very powerful player in the whole thing.
This is way past him and adopted kids or whatever else they say about him.
Summary from CNN . Held nose when I clicked link
By vacating the decision below and ordering the lower court to dismiss the suit as being moot, the Justices avoided either tacitly endorsing or rejecting the lower court’s analysis, leaving no federal precedent to govern the question of whether the Pennsylvania Supreme Court was allowed to extend the deadline for receipt of mail-in ballots last fall,” Vladeck saiid

Cake and eat it to ruling. Follows Robertโs pretzel logic on Obama care. In essence we donโt legislate
Chief inJustice John Robs US. Old George Soros gave him a shout out so you know this traitor is a compromised corrupted black robed tyrant. Prayers that whatever heโs been hiding comes to light for all to see.
Not gonna happen. They’ll do whatever they’re told to do by the Dem’s and hand them everything they want, on a silver platter.
Sure, they’ll be a few minor “Republican victories”, but they’ll be minor and that’s it.
Nobody has standing, and if they do, it's moot.
You have accurately measured the relative weights of the USSC.
But what happens when Stacy Abrams, the ACLU, and whoever else sues, loses and the cases end up in federal court, leading all the way up to SCOTUS?
Is the first argument by say, Georgia...Hey SCOTUS you wouldn’t hear any other cases regarding how the state’s conducted their elections so there’s no reason for any of this to be in your courtroom now. You all punted saying it was a state matter, well this is a state matter. State laws duly passed by the legislature and signed into law by the Governor. So?
Sadly, the Georgia law does nothing about getting rid of ‘mail in voting’, which was in the original draft but was pulled out. So, even if the law stands, there will be another, even deadlier pandemic next spring/summer.
Exactly.
Sickening, isn’t it?
overturn election result in multiple states President Joe Biden won.
No no...Jao Bai Den was given.
No winning.
Bunch of chikenshit judges.
Relitigating the elections? When did they litigate it to begin with?
What are the steps in removing a compromised Supreme Court Justice?
Which one? There are several, it seems.
The court may cite “reasons”, but you likely have hit upon the REAL reason. I guess we need to enjoy our role in the ant farm.
“Then they would have to see the evidence and make a ruling.”
Yup. Cowards, all of them.
Each justice is assigned an “area”.... which justice handles pennsylvania?
there has been no litigation so there can be no "relitergating".....
I wonder....can't the other justices at least put out a word or is it completely up to the pedo roberts to decline?
I think there are other ways....Scalia.
