Five months after the presidential election, the Supreme Court said on Monday that it won't take up a case from several Republicans challenging changes to election rules in the battleground state of Pennsylvania.
The unsigned ruling sends yet another message that the court's majority has no interest in relitigating the last election. Before Monday, the justices had already declined several requests to dive into one of the most litigious elections in history, denying petitions from then-President Donald Trump and other Republicans seeking to overturn election result in multiple states President Joe Biden won.

Several months ago Mark Levin stated that the SC had not held one evidentiary hearing on this subject, not one. And, I don't believe, since he stated that, that there has been a hearing of the evidence by the SC.
I remember when the Attorneys General of several States petitioned the Court, they were told that they did not have standing. My reaction was, if duly elected AGs of different States do not have standing, does anyone have standing? Obviously, not We the People.
The Supreme Court appears to be as corrupt and biased as the political branch.

Thanks for that clarification. Wonder if they vote independently or in person and read the tea leaves as things progress. In other words it’s not worth dissenting
