An Antifa member in Portland who was charged with felony arson and riot crimes has been revealed to be a journalism student at the University of Oregon.
Alma Yesenia Raven-Guido, 19, of Beaverton, Ore., has been charged by the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office with two counts of felony rioting, second-degree felony arson and first-degree felony criminal mischief. A serial riot arrestee, she was arrested again Tuesday night at a Black Lives Matter-Antifa riot in north Portland where the police union hall was set on fire.
“Some members of the group communicated by radio, used shields, threw projectiles at police and wore black clothing to obscure their identities,” said the district attorney’s office in a press release announcing the charges. “Some affiliated with the group launched multiple large fireworks towards aircrafts that were flying overhead.”
According to the criminal complaint, Raven-Guido was identified as one of the arsonists by an informant. The Portland Police Association building was severely damaged in the fire. It has been the target of dozens of attacks, including arson, since last year.
The informant told law enforcement that Raven-Guido poured a flammable liquid on the premises using three bottles. The informant said one of the bottles caught fire and melted.
Upon arrest, Raven-Guido was found to be carrying multiple lighters and three plastic bottles, including one that was melted, in her backpack. She was also in possession of a crowbar and spray paint.

She’s a hater - guilty!
She’s not even from Portland
The problem in Portland is there’s no incentive for the Democrats to put an end to the rioting.
There’s no sales tax so if businesses suffer they don’t lose anything.
If there were sales tax and the DNC were losing hundreds of thousands of dollars a week in revenue, they would hire mercenaries just shoot to kill every antifa that came within thousand yards of Portland
So that is what they are teaching in Journalism school today. Funny, but so sad.
Ulrike Meinhof started as a Journalist.
They’ll give her 2 four hour weekends of community service having to cleaning busses and that will be that...and her family will piss and moan to the media about her punishment.
Tools of the trade. The MSM is dead.
Probably a resume enhancer at CNN and MSNBC.
“Girl Power” run amok!
“Journalism” — I’m not surprised. Are they teaching them to MAKE the news, REPORT the news, or BOTH?
Portland District Attorney’s Office: “...they wore black clothing to obscure their identities.” No, black clothing shows affiliation with and allegiance to the antifa and Black Bloc communist organizations. It is their uniform and has been for 100 years. The black clothing alone should be sufficient to convict them of attempting to overthrow the US government.
Shoot it ‘twixt the eyes.
Ah, the kids these days! And a “journalism” student too! It’s about time to make our so-called “educational” system pay the piper. From kindergarten to grad school students are being indoctrinated to hate their own country. Sort of like the Nazi Youth in reverse.
She/it is a serial offender:
Alma Yesenia Raven-Guido, 19, of Beaverton, Ore., has been charged by the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office with two counts of felony rioting, second-degree felony arson and first-degree felony criminal mischief. A serial riot arrestee, she was arrested again Tuesday night at a Black Lives Matter-Antifa riot in north Portland where the police union hall was set on fire.
She will continue her illegal path until she is tried, found guilty and locked up.
