Stanford study quietly published at NIH.gov proves face masks are absolutely worthless against Covid
The diapers most of us are wearing on our face most of the time apparently have no effect at stopping Covid-19. This explains a lot.
Did you hear about the peer-reviewed study done by Stanford University that demonstrates beyond a reasonable doubt that face masks have absolutely zero chance of preventing the spread of Covid-19? No? It was posted on the the National Center for Biological Information government website. The NCBI is a branch of the National Institute for Health, so one would think such a study would be widely reported by mainstream media and embraced by the “science-loving” folks in Big Tech.
Instead, a DuckDuckGo search reveals it was picked up by ZERO mainstream media outlets and Big Tech tyrants will suspend people who post it, as political strategist Steve Cortes learned the hard way when he posted a Tweet that went against the face mask narrative. The Tweet itself featured a quote and a link that prompted Twitter to suspend his account, potentially indefinitely.
He was quoting directly from the NCBI publication of the study. The government website he linked to features a peer-reviewed study by Stanford University’s Baruch Vainshelboim. In it, he cited 67 scholars, doctors, scientists, and other studies to support his conclusions.
The sentence Cortes quoted from the study’s conclusion reads: “The data suggest that both medical and non-medical facemasks are ineffective to block human-to-human transmission of viral and infectious disease such SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19, supporting against the usage of facemasks.”
Vainshelboim drew many conclusions from the vast information he compiled, but arguably the biggest bombshell in it can be found in the “Efficacy of facemasks” section [emphasis added]:
According to the current knowledge, the virus SARS-CoV-2 has a diameter of 60 nm to 140 nm [nanometers (billionth of a meter)] [16], [17], while medical and non-medical facemasks’ thread diameter ranges from 55 µm to 440 µm [micrometers (one millionth of a meter), which is more than 1000 times larger [25]. Due to the difference in sizes between SARS-CoV-2 diameter and facemasks thread diameter (the virus is 1000 times smaller), SARS-CoV-2 can easily pass through any facemask

When I got my hands on the first surgical mask last April, the instructions on the packaging said the mask does not provide protection against viruses. I've read a bunch of the studies for and against masks. At the end of the day it results that matter. After a year I haven't seen any evidence that masks work. There has been some false alarms that they do, but given enough time it turns out to be BS. Germany mandated everyone wear medical masks earlier this year and cases sky rocketed.
That mandated masking is in place or is not has nothing to do with a virus mutating. That's what viruses do ... they mutate over time until a significant proportion of a population has developed sufficient antibodies and the virus can no longer sustain itself. Truly above all else, masks have nothing to do with this. Cheers!
Scientists, engineers, and other highly technical people often are not grammarians. This includes me. I have written technical papers that most people did not understand the technical content but that did not mean I was wrong.
I didn't say that it did. I'm just saying that Brazil is in the position it's in because Brazil was lead by a fool that was convinced that Covid was a hoax. Brazil is screwed because Brazil listened to the Anti-Mask, Anti-Vaccine, Covid Denial Team.

OK. that’s very noble.
So the mask catches particulate matter (drops, saliva, moisture of some type) that keeps it from being inhaled by you or exhaled by you to “attack” others. That’s what I gather by your answer.
Can I ask a few more then?
1. Where do you keep your mask? Paper bag (sterile), sterile pouch, box of reusables?
2. Do you wash your hands before you put your mask on? Don’t want to contaminate it, right? Then put gloves on to keep from contaminating the mask.
3. Once the mask is on do you leave it in place or do you adjust it with contaminated hands? As you go through a store or try to keep the fog from your glasses.
4. If you touch the inside (side facing you) do you immediately dispose of the mask? (It’s now unable to be placed on your face due to cross contamination)
5. On removal of the mask do you glove up or wash your hands immediately afterwards and place your mask in the sterile bag or pouch?
6. If the outside is “keeping the stuff out” you realize that it is now concentrated on the outer surface of the mask. Since it is a warm and moist environment due to your breath it is great for breeding bacteria as well as preserving viral transport. It’s a nice collection pot of all kinds of stuff.
7. The repeated use of a mask without UV, Virex or sterilization is just applying concentrated boluses of bacteria and viruses. Staph loves that stuff as do other skin contaminants. (you may notice women are especially susceptible to “mask acne” due to their use of makeup and packing their face with bacteria)
8. Over 85% of Covid cases used masks “all the time” according to the CDC.
9. Look at the date of this study. It actually states that “mask should work” ...... but don’t. I know the source of the article is kind of a joke but humor me and read it.
11. I think you should wear a mask if you want. I think your entire family should as well. You all should self isolate and avoid any possibility of Covid exposure and infection.
I choose not to, unless mandated by the owner of the facility that I will use in order not to trespass on private property.
I feel nothing but sympathy for the fear that you and others have. I have nothing but contempt for the bureaucrats and their paycheck pension patriots/praetorian guards that threaten us with weapons and loss of freedom for this lie that is no different than the 2009 flu that actually killed young people.
It’s a novel virus. It does what they do....it kills the vulnerable and now may infact be made more deadly by a half assed studied mRNA viral vaccine that may actually sensitize people to mount an even stronger response to the infection and actually that is what kills most people. Not the bug but the body’s response to the bug... cytokine storm.
I know that I’m not reliable but others are thinking the same thing because of what happened to the RSV vaccine and other mRNA vaccine/diseases... ummmm not good my friend.

I posted, the other day....about going to the ladies room, at a ball game, recently.
(We did NOT wear masks, and, neither did at least half of the crowd.)
The gal in the stall next to me decided to swing her mask around, while doing her business. I could see it flying around, under the stall dividers. Gross.
She proceded to flush, open her door, and replace her mask....on her FACE...to wash her hands.
No telling what kind of germs she picked up...or distributed, with that activity. And, this was just a few minutes of her time spent at the ball park. Imagine how germ laden that thing was, by the end of the evening. 🤢🦠
