You know what would fix this problem? Fewer police and disarming the ones that are left.
Going house to house out in the parts of the country that voted for Trump and searching for bump-stocks and arm-braces would also probably be helpful.
Making it harder to worship in person and spend time with relatives in the hospital should also do wonders.
