The driver was being given conflicting lawful orders, watch the video. What are you supposed to do when given conflicting orders at gunpoint?
The argument is that the soldier was refusing to comply with a lawful order.
The counter-argument is that he was given simultaneous, conflicting orders (for example, “keep your hands in sight!” and “open your car door and get out!”)
You're in violation of a FR tenet.
You're supposed to jump to a conclusion and attack all who disagree.

I just want the truth ....and sometimes...in fact ...at least 60% it looks like cops were at least somewhat justified at a minimum
But sometimes they are not and many here just can’t deal with that
Granted the industry around black victimhood is daunting
But that shouldn’t be allowed to kill our empirical observation
I’m going to look at the video now and see what I think...
Favorite freeper refrain if all else fails is “ well they had a criminal record or were on drugs so they deserved to be shot or suffocated anyhow”
