“””There were no neck bruises.”””
And there were no surface bruises on Floyd’s back.
The Medical Examiner said he removed the skin from Floyd’s neck and back and there was ZERO broken blood vessels under the skin.
Don’t put much on those so called medical experts, many will say anything as long as the price is right.
You are correct. There will be death and destruction from the left no matter the outcome of the trial. Like the commercial says “it’s what they do”
That is the best result.
His commentary was great while it lasted.
This is why Eric Nelson asked Dr Tobin about whether sitting on a tennis ball might leave a bruise on one's backside. The point was lost on most, unless he brings it up later when he calls his witnesses.
Branca will be back next week.
Another thing...I thought that he said that Floyd died at the hospital....not at the scene.
Still trying to figure out why the ambulance didn't go directly to the hospital....I think that's what I remember.
That’s because the media knows he will be convicted of something as it’s a political trial.
I hate the the gaslighting thrown around now a day because it’s usually misapplied, but with the big tech social media and the big corporation print and tv media , gaslighting fits 100%.
And all t hi use rich communist whites suffer as well. Not that will ever make them less hard core socialist but it’ll be fun to see.
You’d think the mediots would be pushing for acquittal. . After all, riots = ratings.
Exactly.
One of them volunteered.
The state’s own use-of-force expert who they paid $13k for, upon cross examination by the defense, admitted that Chauvin used less force than he was allowed to. Admitted that a perp can do harm even with cuffs on and some have even got a hold of an officer’s gun. Admitted that doing CPR would require taking the cuffs off and that when some people awaken, they can be very violent. Admitted that bystanders cussing the cops out and the MMA bystander was being held back by another guy, made for a dangerous situation.
The defense got their $13k worth even though the state footed the bill. Twas a beautiful thing. That testimony alone would be enough to kill the 2nd degree murder charge. Add to that the med examiner saying no bruising of the neck and no way Chauvin could have collapsed an airway and add all the drugs Floyd swallowed to hide them and you have reason for acquittal.
I doubt that will happen though. My predication, for what little it’s worth, is that 2nd murder will be a not guilty verdict but lesser charges will be guilty verdict but sentencing will be fairly light.
And the cities will burn once again but violence will spill out to the suburbs this time and cops will be targeted for the next year or two.
Mostly Peaceful Protests reported by msm idiots while fires rage in the background
Color me shocked!
There are many Burn Loot Murder teens in Atlanta. Hopefully they will burn CNN to the ground as the news IS the cause of the unrest
“””Still trying to figure out why the ambulance didn’t go directly to the hospital....I think that’s what I remember.”””
I also wonder why the ambulance did not go directly to the hospital.
Here is the timeline of events:
1. Ambulance arrives at Cub Foods scene, loads Floyd into ambulance, paramedic and one cop enter to begin treatment of Floyd.
2. Ambulance leaves Cub Foods scene and goes to a nearby location because of unruly crowd to await arrival of fire truck.
3. Firetruck arrives Cub Foods scene and wastes time trying to find the person they are there to help.
4. Firetruck finally gets to Ambulance location.
5. The cop who has been helping the paramedic leaves the ambulance and a fireman enters the ambulance to do the exact same thing the cop had been doing.
6. Ambulance goes to the hospital.
The above ‘keystone cops’ scenario is probably the result of what is written into the Police and Firefighters Union Contracts.
do we really really know that he was totally dead when he left in the ambulance. did they put an oxygen mask on him...why not
