That review wasn't posted on IMDB, it was a review from another site. IMDB reviews don't get deleted. It doesn't work that way.
When you write a review it doesn't get published right away. It goes to IMDB and they send you a status ticket in whatever email address you gave them when you signed up. Only registered users can write reviews. They check it to see if it is about the movie and, if it has any spoilers in it, contains a warning. Then they publish it. They send you another email to let you know it is online.
