Some people take the term "fast-food" a little too literally.
Authorities in Tennessee are searching for a woman who allegedly fired a gun through a Burger King’s drive-thru window. Fortunately, employees in the restaurant were reportedly able to escape through a rear doorway and no injuries were reported.
The Memphis Police Department posted about the incident on Facebook, which occurred at a Burger King in Memphis on Tuesday, March 30th. According to the post, no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
Witnesses reportedly said that the woman was upset at how long she the wait at the drive-thru was. She allegedly exited her vehicle and approached the window, where she began arguing with one of the workers.
The woman then reportedly returned to her vehicle (which she was not the driver of) and retrieved a handgun. Authorities say she returned to the drive-thru window, leaned inside the restaurant and fired the gun several times.
The woman then returned to her car, which drove away from the scene.
The Memphis police wrote on Facebook that employees at the restaurant fled through a rear door and were unharmed.
The Facebook post also included several images from security cameras that show the woman leaning through the window and pointing a gun inside the restaurant.

At least it wasn’t WhammyBurger.
No mention of how long the wait was.
I’m betting it was chicken nuggets. This isn’t a reasonable response to a burger taking to long.
There’s going to be a lot of this going on, now that the Republicans are trying to starve and thirst to death the voters waiting in line.

Some people have no sense of self-control nor do they care if they do or not..it is their choice in how to live their life. Mental illness doesn’t always enter the picture as so often given today.
plus no description of the perp>>
You think she might have a name like Lavonna, or Shaquonna ?
Tell you what, the past twenty years don't seem to have produced anything but blacksliding.
Not surprised.
All I needed was ‘Memphis’.
Black privilege.
OTOH, there is a subset of that community that just plain have low IQ.....they can't control themselves because they're all action and no thought...this woman will be caught and she will go to jail...and for what?...5 seconds of feeling powerful at a Burger King....
Was at a Wendy’s walk in to order and waiting a longtime in line not that long.
Started conversation with guy behind me who came inside to get his paid for order while waiting 30 minutes in drive through. Soon after he went up to the counter and started loudly complaining about the service which was quite awfully run in there. Well that killed it for me as I walked out across the street to the Mexican restaurant instead. Those fast food places getting suckier all the time and more expensive with less quality food and service.
Scrooge all that...
They were giving preferential treatment to the customers in line inside.
......................................;
Why should they not do that?
Or at least equal treatment?
I blame the MSM for pushing and pushing the “ a black man was killed by police “ today narrative. They give half assed bias news stories that omit facts that justify the shootings. Instead its a second gradet giving a book report style news story. inflamming the woke dumb a$$es and telling them to be mad over something they really have no clue about.
Not uncommon for their neighborhoods and home life to be violent so they live and grow with and using violence. It is how the live.
In a city where I was living the police knew all to well where most of the domestic and otherwise crimes would occur. The most that they could do was contain it there and keep it from overflowing into other areas.
There is no “fix” to the black problem until THEY address their own....and that few are willing to do because they know there’s no fix except escape their neighborhoods.
Many years ago my family went to a, IIRC, Sambos where we were seated, served drinks, given menus and I guess the waiter then left for the day without telling anyone else we were there. After maybe 30 minutes someone poked his head in the back dining room and noticed us.
When you have 20+ cars in line and serve 3 while in the same span of time you’ve served over 60 walk ups that is dumb and wrong.
They were more afraid that the bored loiterers inside would cause more problems.
Some restaurants (even before covid) shut down all walkups after 9pm. But some are still operating as Beavis and Butthead in the kitchen while dozens of cars wait in the drive through.
Nothing fast about waiting an hour in line to pay for your food.
Do you think that the shift manager, top manager, or corporate should have at least acknowledged my bad experience?
