Iowa Democrat Drops Election Challenge Over House Race, Giving GOP Another 2020 Victory

Iowa Democrat Rita Hart has dropped her election challenge to Republican Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks’s 2020 victory in Iowa’s 2nd Congressional District.
Hart on March 31 withdrew her challenge to her state-certified, six-vote loss with the House Administration Committee. A number of Democratic lawmakers in recent days said House leaders shouldn’t attempt to overturn the election results.
“After many conversations with people I trust about the future of this contest, I have made the decision to withdraw my contest before the House Committee on Administration,” Hart said in a statement. “Since Election Day, and throughout this entire process, my mission has been about ensuring the voices of Iowans who followed the law are not silenced. I am saddened that some Iowans’ votes will not count through no fault of their own. The work of ensuring it does not happen again will continue beyond this campaign.”
The decision by Hart comes as House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) and Miller-Meeks stopped in Iowa to criticize House Democratic efforts.
“The idea that Democrats want to turn over an election after it’s been counted, recounted, and a bipartisan election board had voted,” McCarthy said March 31. “It’s time to move on. I’ve served with the Congresswoman, we’ve been to the border already to see the crisis.”
Miller-Meeks said that “if six votes aren’t enough to win an election, then why are six members on a committee able to overturn an election? … No one should be okay with violating state laws to get the results of an election that they want.”
Iowa Secretary of State Paul Pate also sent a letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and called on her “to reject any attempts to overturn the will of Iowa voters.”

Nope. She dropped this bc she could not set precedent to challenge set election results. She is not a just person.

Does anyone REALLY believe that the Republicans clobbered the Democrats in every single Congressional election last November ( including this one ) but LOST THE PRESIDENCY?

This is just Pelosi taking the L and realizing that pursuing this would do more harm than good. But make no mistake, she's regrouping behind the scenes and betting on HR 1 passing so the Dems will have a lock on Congress forever.
(Insert 80s cartoon villian laugh here)
The Clinton’s started the downfall in 1992, when they got their hands on 900 FBI files. (A felony to be in possession of just one.) The Clinton’s went on to (likely) appoint people whose files they were in possession of, in order to have easily controllable people in high places. Those 900 files would have contained mountains of dirt on some very important, and certainly blackmailable, folks. Following their various appointments, Clinton stooges likely proceeded to hire (who they were told to) and staff up with, shall we say, a bunch of corrupted folks.
Now, almost 30 years later, there are likely large numbers of less than honorable (stone cold crooks) FBI, DOJ...Judges, you name it, who are holding down positions of trust, doing the bidding of their masters (ie the folks who have the goods on them). When Obama took office, by that time there is no telling how many thousands of FBI files were turned over (delivered by inside FBI criminals) to Obama’s slimy team.
We will likely never have another honest election. And, that may be the least of our problems. Perhaps the greater threat will be surviving a race war without a means of defense. Or, even if you did try to defend yourself or your family, you can look ahead to corrupt Judges who will find you guilty for trying (to defend yourself).
Welcome to MSM’s bright new future, whitey.

"Giving GOP Another 2020 Victory"
Giving Republicans victories don't mean squat. Republicans have no ability to lead. They are doomed to be the "loyal opposition" and they don't even do that very well.
Glad I am not one for over 20 years now.

Dropped it because further investigation might lead to exposing greater fraud.
Just a gut feeling.

There is plenty of proof that the down ticket was as fraudulent as the Presidential election.
Hardly a ringing victory. Miller-Meeks squeaked by with such a small margin only because of massive election fraud. The demo-scammers weren’t on their top game in Iowa.

GOOD QUESTION Repub Cong Miller-Meeks: “If six votes (by a plurality of Iowa citizens) aren’t enough to win an
election, why are six (hand-picked members on a Washington-based Democrat) Committee able to overturn an election?"
She added: "No one should be okay with (high and mighty Democraps in DC) violating
state laws to get the results of an election that they want.”
LEADER MCCARTHY “.....Democrats want to turn over an election after it’s been
counted, recounted, and a bipartisan election board had (affirmed its legitimacy).”
Iowa Secretary of State Paul Pate also sent a letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (Democrat-Calif)
and called on her “to reject any attempts to overturn the will of Iowa voters.”

At this point, what difference does it make? They win, nobody dares contest. We win, they won’t shut up.
