The U.S. in recent days surpassed 30 million cases of COVID-19, with the 7-day average of new cases around 60,000 — what Walenksy said represents about a 10% increase compared to the previous seven days.
“Hospitalizations are up and deaths are slowly starting to rise with about 1,000 deaths per day,” she said.
“Now is one of those times when I have to share the truth and I have to hope and trust you will listen,” Walensky continued. “I’m going to reflect on the recurring feeling I have of impending doom. We have so much to look forward to, so much promise and potential of where we are, and so much reason for hope, but right now, I’m scared… please hold on a little while longer.”

If getting the vaccine is a condition of employment, they also will bear the liability of any damages causes by the vaccine.
That is why hospitals are not insisting, they know that the liability is there.
I’m afraid the {censored} gov we have would put his foot down the other way - supporting the criminal Biden and other leftist governors.
I haven’t had to wear a mask at any grocery store since this began. I avoided Walmart for months because they were enforcing it, but once they stopped enforcing it I went back.
I admit, for a long time it was stressful for me being the only one, or almost the only one, but as time goes on it stopped worrying me, and frankly I’m not the only one anymore. But while I’m not alone, we are definitely in the minority still. Its depressing.
Funny, several out of state family members have had the virus. They all got past it with no drama, and they were all maskers in states where its all but mandatory. Here, none of us have had the virus, and most of us don’t mask.
OK’s Gov. Stitt should emulate Gov. DeSantis. Stitt is far from the worst in the country, mind you, but a heart-to-heart phone conversation might help shore up his spine when he gets too conciliatory toward the “other side” and starts trying to please everyone on every issue.

I’ve read reports recently that even in deep Blue New England some hospitals saw as much as 50% of staff refuse the vaccine.
We were at a boat show ,in West Palm Beach ,yesterday and it’s the most normal I’ve seen things since the start of COVID. About 10% of the people were wearing masks and that was it. It felt good but we have to return to MA. In 2 weeks after some carefree months. DeSantis is the best!
A friend of mine had something similar happen to her. Another woman in the grocery store walked by and said "No mask? Really?" She said, "That's right and I'm not wearing any panties either!"
Now that's funny right there.

The idea of medical passports is the greatest threat to Liberty and to our Republic as the communist/Democrat Party/Left has come up with (so far, anyway) ... primarily because so very many still-irrationally frightened, woefully ignorant American women and former American “men” support it ... worse, actually encourage it.
I walk around with no face diaper and am stunned how many keep wearing the useless things. It just me how so very weak minded so many are.
