Joe Scarborough should show his NCAA bracket. If his prognostication skills there were anything like those on the prediction he put out Monday morning on a different subject, the bracket will look like a chicken tramped across it.

I was not rooting for it. I was scared s***less that Biden would be stupid enough to take the bait.
Nine years ago there were enough brain cells working for Biden to best Paul Ryan in an obviously thrown debate. Putin has 99 problems, but being Paul Ryan ain’t one, and the number of working Biden brain cells has exponentially decreased.
Doesn’t Biden debate himself from one day and year to the next? Isn’t it more frequent these days, possibly even one statement to the next?
He’s had multiple facelifts, so he may have had other surgery as well, or it could just be some side effects from the facelifts.
Putin would take biden in a fight. So would Trump. So would my grand father. My grand father died years ago.

The bigger point is this: Putin is actually thr leader of his country. If he wants to debate he does. The other guy has to consult 30 people before he’s allowed to answer. Pathetic.
