You can get a lot of viruses through touching infected surfaces and/or people and then touching yourself, particularly your face. That’s the primary mode of transmission from viral pink eye to Ebola. But, touch generally isn’t a robust mode of transmission for respiratory viruses and this one is no different.

State constitutions need to be amended to put time limits on lockdowns and on the mandatory wearing of masks.
State constitutions also need to be amended to make state health and environmental protection officials elected by popular vote.
Constitutionally time-limited lockdowns and limited mask requirements need to automatically trigger special recall elections for governors, mayors and disaster officials who order lockdowns and mask wearing, also state lawmakers.
Finally, constitutions need to require people planning to run for state and local offices to escrow a refundable "recall deposit" before becoming a candidate, the deposit fully paying in advance for their possible recall elections if they are elected, amounts determined by law.

There is a lot of REAL science indicating that COVID—like cruise ship noroviruses—is spread primarily be fecal to oral transmission.

Remember about a year ago when there were a few quickly buried stories about communities in the New England states that were going to start testing sewerage for COVID?

Now consider this: In many States (Pennsylvania and Ohio for sure) the mask mandates are explicit that those in restaurants MUST wear a mask INTO THE RESTROOM where of course that cloth will absorb all toilet odors and other zhit.
Let that sink in.
Then the patron MUST wear the zhit laden mask back into the restaurant so that with every exhale the patrons innocently eating pancakes can get a dose of the restroom zhit.

‘Social Distancing’ is Snake Oil, Not Science

Distancing was the easiest and least intrusive of all. Who really wants to be closer that six feet from strangers anyhow? Germs, body emanations, cellphone blabber, etc.
Hope it becomes permanent.
Masks don't work. Social distancing doesn't work. Lockdowns don't work. Closing businesses doesn't work. Ruining the economy and people's lives doesn't work.
Where are the, "Oops! Sorry we apologize for getting our response all wrong" people? This was no small mistake.
I believe this ranks right up there as one of the biggest mistakes our government has ever made.
