Republicans in the Arizona legislature will perform a full hand recount of the nearly 2.1 million votes cast in Maricopa County in the presidential election of 2020, a state GOP leader announced this week.
Arizona Senate President Karen Fann said in a statement released by Arizona Senate Republicans that state GOP leaders have decided on a “preferred forensic audit” the final details of which are currently being worked out.
“The audit will be broad and detailed,” Fann said in the statement. “[T]he team will include, but is not limited to, testing the machines, scanning the ballots, performing a full hand count and checking for any IT breaches.”.
When all the work is done, there will be a full report for the Senate and County to review,” Fann added.
According to county records, Maricopa County fielded just under 2.1 million ballots cast in the November presidential election. Roughly three-quarters of those were early votes.
Joe Biden captured Arizona's electoral votes in a surprise flip by a razor-thin margin of about 0.30%. .
Good. About time.
The machines have long sense been updated to hide their fraud tracks.
And count the Senate race votes also. Bet that one was also fixed.

There were a series of fraudulent voting charges here. Were they enforced and corrected before this election took place ? If they weren’t is not a review called for ?
If the Georgia Secretary of State is in charge of voting he has the responsibility of enforcing the state’s regulations as to who votes. And eliminate those from voter lists who don’t qualify.
Assign prosecutors to personally canvass and investigate. Check if military actually voted by asking them. Identify all voters by checking on legal age their residency and citizenship. If found they do not qualify charge Illegals including state visitors known as snowbirds also include any technical computer fraudulent Italian programming testimony when presenting to the court and get these election results tossed.

With no way to detect fraudulent ballots this will mainly adjust for those run through the machine multiple times.
The legislature fought long and hard for this. Congratulations on winning this phase of the battle.

The first question is- did the voter on election day live long enough legally at the address used to vote in the election and is the address legitimate and legally qualifying for the district where the voter cast his or her vote?
These qualifying or disqualifying criteria are where much of the fraud was perpetrated using the mail-in ballots, and is one of the primary reasons mail-in ballots were used.
The task to go to each and every address is nearly impossible to do in the time limit they will have, so any new voter, needs to be checked first and if time remains then historical voters can be checked next for legitimacy.
The cheaters needed a widespread mechanism to produce large numbers of votes for Biden, and... they simply mailed out more Biden ballots than Trump ballots, and where they were overwhelmed by Trump voters, simply produced more ballots until they had enough to overcome Trump’s numbers.
The numbers in the machines will likely match the counted ballots so they WILL NOT discover the fraud by inspecting and auditing the machines and ballots from a numerical sense, but SHOULD be able to determine if any unauthorized ballots were manufactured, and subsequently counted.
Also, legitimate ballots could have been sent out with the express purpose of collecting and hoarding them, to be used later as a backup to overcome the unexpected large number of Trump ballots.

There is still no way to determine a ballot chain of custody, or if the voter was eligible, or if the ballot was filled by someone other than the registered voter.
But, it is better than nothing.
It will verify if the voting machines were clean or tampered with.

This doesn’t make it so, but it has been claimed that lots of ballots had the votes printed by machine, not filled in by hand with pen or pencil. That can supposedly be detected using scanners. The other avenue is checking the quantity of ballots requiring “adjudication”, which allows “election officials” to change the votes into whatever they please. Will human ballot counters identify the same quantity of ballots requiring special scrutiny as the official results?
Also, if the the adjudication files still exist, do they show any patterns, such as 99% adjudicated to vote for Biden? And finally — if Presidential votes are found to be bogus, what will this show about other races in AZ?

They need to match signatures of all mail in ballots.
Verify every voter is registered legally at a valid address.
In PA over 100,000 provisional ballots were entered.
Many, if not most of those were registered voters that went to the polls and were told they had already voted by mail.
Since the overwhelming majority of Trump voters voted in person it stands to reason that the majority of provisional ballots were cast by Trump voters.
Were the provisional ballots even counted?
Even if they were their vote was most likely cancelled by whoever illegally cast their mail in ballot.
It's the gutless GOPe that allowed this to happen.

Well you can recount all the manufactured votes you want. The totals will still be the same. It’s an audit of the process that needs to occur that will never happen. How many ballots printed mailed returend and accounted for. Like in PA delco. 29,000 more mail in ballots than people recorded who voted. You can recount them a million times. but you can’t justify more ballots than voters unless you do an audit and decide what to do with the extra votes. invalidate the entire county. and tell em to fix it or their votes will never be recognized.
Do you not recall stories of ballots just for President with no down ballot votes cast?
