Representative Linda Sanchez (D-CA) Thursday on CNN’s “Newsroom” that it was not appropriate for journalists to be inside centers that are housing the surge of unaccompanied children crossing the U.S.-Mexico border.
Anchor Poppy Harlow asked, “My last question is so transparency … All of our reporters down there have been asking nonstop to get into these facilities where Alejandro Mayorkas said are not meant for children. Are you concerned over the lack of transparency?”

Some pictures of these “children“ might show that some of them look quite a bit older than 17. What would be wrong with putting them on planes and sending them back to the governments of their own countries where they can find foster homes for them?

IF this were being done under Trump’s watch, the useless SOBs would be having a total hysterical meltdown and be judge-shopping to force their way in there.
Of course it is not appropriate for the Press to see the actual conditions of those facilities. That would allow them to actually report the facts, and let the public decide what they think about this crisis for themselves. Can’t have that.
The Era of 1st Amendment Rights is over. Now comes the Surveillance State, and State controlled information. None of those facts matter, as it is no longer important that citizens have the facts and knowledge needed to make wise decisions in the voting booth. The Government will take care of all of that for you. Oh Happy Day!
