The devastating fallout of the Biden administration's job-killing rampage continues after he canceled the sale of 80 million acres of Gulf of Mexico oil leases that was scheduled for Wednesday in New Orleans, KLFY-TV in Lafayette, Louisiana, reported Monday.
“It would kill our state. It would kill workers,” Mike Moncla, president of the Louisiana Oil and Gas Association, said of the Biden administration's move. “It would kill jobs, and it would be a terrible thing.”
According to the Moncla and the association, nearly 250,000 Louisiana residents work in the oil and gas industry, and 98,000 of them have offshore jobs.

I did that for a long time and quit. It is without question the most boring thing a human being can ever do on this earth. I would rather go to war with a butter knife against tanks than be forced to ever do that again.

Good news here. The price of gas has gone up $1.05 since Chomo Joe was installed. It shows no sign of slowing. every other day or so another nickel or dime.
And the idiot democrats are going to bring up the oil company executives and grill them asking why gasoline is so high and they will meekly apologize and take the blame.
Trouble is, when you’ve learned to code, you’ll need an India work permit - that’s where the bulk of the new coding jobs are.

Been here before with klintoon too. The cost was horrific. What most of the sheeple see as their God given right to cheap gasoline is going to fade very quickly. Good thing they won’t need it with all the little electric cars. We had those once upon a time, they didn’t make it, too restrictive and too much trouble. I see the same thing coming again.
