How convenient. They need a new narrative to keep the fear going. Asymptomatic are spreaders now.

Democrats knew this last year. :: Early Antibody Testing Indicates Far More COVID-19 Cases, Lower Mortality Rate....

The good news from the antibody study, researchers said, is that the mortality rate from the illness is much lower than currently estimated.

Buried it for political reasons.

So did all of the 7% of people who tested positive for antibodies not ever test positive for the virus when and if they had to take tests for work?

Help me out with the math here. I admit to being a math dummy.

If they are trying to extrapolate from this to the larger population, wouldn’t the number of people who have antibodies to C19 and not know they had it be closer to 26 million versus 16 million?

350 million times 7% ?????

And another thing: How many of the people these people live came down with the ‘rona?

If this story is true - and asymptomatic spread is real - we should have seen orders of magnitude more symptomatic cases no?

The asymptomatic “scare” was one of the main excuses for lockdowns, masks and the rest of the insanity.

Agree :: crooked ..

The Diamond Princess cruise ship tells us a lot about this China virus… 3,711 passengers and crew were quarantined in Japan together in tight quarters with the virus present for a month..

The fatality rate was 0.35% (13 people died)… . All 3,711 were tested .. a largely elderly population likely with pre-existing health issues..

Mortality rate for all in the U.S. population would likely be less...

If people are largely 'asymptomatic,' then why is it considered dangerous - or a 'public' health hazard?............

Perhaps the ChiCom Flu isn’t novel? Could there be a level of immunity already in the population from other similarly structured viruses?

Without question this disease has a political agenda. It’s difficult to discern what is factual and fake.

They don’t spread the virus very long after recovery, maybe a few weeks. This shows that the country is approaching herd immunity.

The best thing to do now is protect vulnerable populations and improve treatments for symptomatic infections.

Experimental treatments without proven safety records should not be used as prophylaxis in otherwise healthy individuals for a disease with a very low morbidly and mortality.

Furthermore, those getting the vaccine may actually be causing natural selection of more resistant, virulent and contagious coronaviruses. Is that the plan?

Hey Sal, maybe you can head to Baltimore and clean it up by walking around maskless.

Scare away all the thugs with you virus-spread.

I think you are guilty of logic think and you should turn yourself into the authorities before I report you. That way you only get five years in the gulag versus ten.

“The best thing to do now is protect vulnerable populations and improve treatments for symptomatic infections.”

The ONLY thing we ever had to do was protect the elderly. The shutdown was 100% unnecessary and will in the future be seen as the biggest and deadliest long con in world history.

“An estimated that 224,000 people across the United States suffered from Salmonella enteritidis gastroenteritis after eating Schwan’s ice cream when raw, unpasteurized eggs were hauled in a tanker truck that later carried pasteurized ice cream to the Schwan’s plant, and the ice cream premix wasn’t pasteurized after delivery to the plant.[19] No deaths were reported due to the common symptoms and widespread reach, but statistically based on the CFR around 896 deaths occurred, potentially making this the deadliest foodbourne illness outbreak since proper record keeping started in the 60s.”

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_foodborne_illness_outbreaks_by_death_toll

Scroll down in chart until you get to 1994

By my math, the case fatality rate on the cruise ship and from the ice cream incident is about the same.

This makes my wonder how many weak elderly people in nursing homes over the years had their deaths hastened by some bad applesauce or something that caused several hundred thousand people just a few extra bathroom trips in a day.

My cousin was just discharged from the COVID ward after 2 months of care. They told him he is the first COVID patient to leave alive.

I will avoid that hospital.

What it really means is that we reached herd immunity several months ago. The Wuhan lab needs to get moving on COVID-21 if the Democrats plan to keep their social control program going much longer.

"U.S. COVID-19 cases underestimated by half..."

And what does that do to the CFR, or “death rate”/”deadliness” of COVID, eh? It makes it LESS than the flu, significantly. Of course, anyone with any sense at all, already knew that.
