Speaking during an unrelated press briefing Sunday in Midtown Manhattan, Gillibrand said she decided to finally come out against Cuomo because she felt it was important that New York be led by someone able to give the pandemic their undivided attention.
“Every situation is different,” said Gillibrand, asked how the allegations against Cuomo compared to the accusations against Franken, who ultimately did resign after multiple women accused him of inappropriate physical contact.

“Because of the multiple, credible sexual harassment and misconduct allegations, it’s clear that Governor Cuomo has lost the confidence of his governing partners as well as the people of New York,” she said Sunday, doubling down on her explanation. “That’s why I believe the governor has to resign.”

Now that the Obama’s have control over the DNC, they are consolidating power and destroying those that are not loyal party members.
The Obama party is giving all Democrats a choice....you are with us or you will be destroyed.
Gillibrand, who was helped into office by the Kennedy/Cuomo wing, chose her political side.

It appears no one in the Party is swayed by Cuomo’s death sentence to 15,000.
The good (better) news is this may very well destroy the name “cuomo” in politics.
When he gives corona his undivided attention, more people die. He should resign and commit sepuku. He has disgraced his ancestors, who were no great shakes either.

I'm not sorry to see Cuomo go, BUT, if office grabass mandated removal, we would have no government left.
But, Kirsten, just who are these "governing partners"? Do they have names? Are they elected by the people of the State of New York? How often do you talk to them, or do they only talk to you?
It's a lot to unpack.
They are trying to cover that up! We can jeopardize four other prominent Demoncrat Governors, Donchaknow!
More than four. This virus first seriously broke out in Washington nursing homes. I can’t believe they were already exploiting this even back then, but once the idea of deliberately infecting the elderly occurred to them, “it only takes a drop of wine to change the color of a pitcher of water,” as Victor Hugo put it.
To paraphrase the other Joe, one death is a tragegy, 15,000 is just a number.
1. Cuomo is a white man.
2. The guy he threatened is Asian.
3. The guy he threatened is a Democrat.
Three strikes and he’s out — on one swing of the bat, no less. Baseball never saw anything like it.
I think the real shot is that some people saw him as Harris’s VP choice (it HAS to be a governor), and he just didn’t fit the profile.
I never understood why people would think that way. For all the media fawning he got, Cuomo is still a butt-ugly mutt whose COVID press briefings sounded like a character from “The Sopranos” reading stories to children. I don’t think this jackass ever had a future in national politics.

Yeh, agree. And, appears the Kennedy brand has finally diminished. But, like herpes there’s always another puss pocket coming, i.e., Obama’s, Clinton’s. Sadly, we will have to work our way through them.

Gillibrand consulted with her security detail, and after they concluded it was unlikely that Cuomo would have her killed, she decided it was ok to go after him....
