It’s often been said that the states are the laboratories for the federal government. States can try a policy idea on a limited level to see if it works before Washington imposes it nationwide.
But the Democrats don’t seem to understand how this works. You see, the idea is that if it doesn’t work, then Washington shouldn’t impose it on everyone. Yet what we’re seeing now with the Dems fully in charge is the exact opposite.
I already warned you about the PRO Act, a national version of California’s AB 5 law.

In order to create the work force for the Green jobs, you must first eliminate all their current high paying jobs, and they offer them low paying green jobs. And then make them all dependent on the government.

It’s all Trump’s fault, so what’s not to like for Democrats?
Heck, Obama was blaming Bush six years into his presidency.
Then he took credit three years into Trump’s.

...........if they get this moronic law past Joe Manchin and thereby get Senate approval NULLIFICATION will kill this legislation in all the red states. Arguably this will hasten a Red States vs Blue States CONTEST on NEARLY ALL federal legislation.................which is a good thing.

Huckabee does not get Constitutional Conservatism.
Fascism "works." Mussolini and the Chi-Coms made the trains run on time.

The House just passed, and President Joe Biden has endorsed, the PRO Act, which would endanger the jobs and career choices of 57 million freelance, contract and gig workers.

This will be no time to be a bench warmer.Except that the GOP team is composed almost entirely of (intentional) bench warmers. The GOP won't do a damn thing about this other than talk about doing something.

why aren’t ‘conservative news stations’ putting on people who worked on keystone, telling about what they’ve had to go through losing their jobs, on a nightly basis?
Our side does not know how to fight politically- There shoudl be so much coverage of folks losing hteir jobs, that the msm can’t afford to ignore it anymore because they will be losing viewers as more folks learn the truth from sources that get the actual facts out there-
