Amid Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s sexual harassment allegations, and the scandal over his administration hiding the disgustingly high number of nursing home and group home deaths, few are talking about the elephant in the room. The big scandal isn’t that Cuomo is a creep, because everyone knew that already. The scandal isn’t even that Cuomo lied about nursing home deaths.
The real scandal is what lay behind the high nursing home deaths in New York and a handful of other states led by leftist governors such as Michigan’s Gretchen Whitmer, Minnesota’s Tim Walz, and Pennsylvania’s Tom Wolf. It is the story of how grandpa and grandma got tossed aside for money.
The high nursing home deaths were the direct result of policies that quickly discharged elderly or disabled COVID-19 patients from the hospital when they were still COVID-positive and then put them back in group or nursing homes. The hospital lobby directly engineered this approach, and these governors obliged.

Now we know. It's a distraction, because other Blue state governors, and the rest of the Federal Deep State are worried that they're going to get called out.

Old people are expensive to keep going, and Dems are soulless. A money saving event. As a bonus, old people are more likely to be conservative.
1. The article correctly points out that the hospitals wanted to discharge patients that were covered by Medicare and Medicaid because they weren't making enough money on them.
2. But the nursing homes also wanted these people back because they lose revenue for each day a resident was in the hospital.
It was worse in the case of New York. Trump had provided a full hospital ship to handle overflow from the hospitals. Cuomo and de Blasio made a point of avoiding using them just to make sure that Trump didn’t get any credit!
Democrats are truly vile and evil. This should surprise no one.
The Abortion on demand, up to and after birth, has no qualms about killing off a the elderly.
Too bad we don’t have a real justice system in this country anymore.

This is an important article although the authors neglect the other half of the financial equation (the nursing homes).
I am a free market person, but there are distortions in our health care system that have been caused by government due to financial reasons. These factors have nothing to do with the well-being of the patient or even in many instances the desires of the treating physician and everything to do with government reimbursement (or lack thereof) and profit.
It is simple. The left, deep state needed to get rid of President Trump. In addition to massive election fraud they were planning on trashing the economy. The economy was roaring, unemployment was at record lows. People tend to vote their wallet, and President Trump was looking unbeatable. They needed something to knock back his popularity to within striking distance of their fraud machinery. The “pandemic” scare was a great opportunity so they seized upon it. But they couldn’t shut down whole segments of the economy for a mere variation of seasonal flu. They had to make this out to be really scary. Hence we saw a lot of leftist governors and mayor’s leading the charge to push the panic button. They needed big scary numbers and projections. Taking out grandma and grandpa was a stroke of genius. Very sympathetic, vulnerable, and already a drain on their power/resources. With nursing homes decimated they’ll have more money to blow on their priorities. If you think this wasn’t a coldly calculated and intentional move you’re kidding yourself. The left will sacrifice any number of innocent lives in the pursuit of the greater good. The best “good” in their world is their own accumulation of power. The ends justifies any means because they actually believe they know best - for everyone. I have no doubt, none, that tens of thousands of lives were destroyed - on purpose and for the purpose of furthering their goals.
So Rat Party Governors brought us Depression era unemployment numbers,Cuomo left the Javits Center and the Navy hospital ship empty while filling nursing homes with infected people....and they blamed the economy and every singe death on Trump ("another grim milestone").
And they demanded that mail in voting was essential.
And regarding the massive voter fraud that mail in voting made possible not a single court in the nation did a DAMN thing about it.
Money yes, but also to get TRUMP out of office. This is not a pandemic - there would be hundreds dying in large cities daily. With an impact of 99.7% and higher survival rate they had to impact the elderly to get the news front and center. Then they could attack POTUS Trump.
Yes that, but more importantly I think, take him out of a primary Presidential run against Commie Harris, same with Newsome, almost 2 million signatures. Both will be out of politics by the 2023 primary.
Getting him out of the way to usher in Letitia James as NY Governor and making sure to keep his ego in check so he can’t declare his candidacy in ‘24
In ‘24, Kamala will be the incumbent by virtue of the 25th Amendment.

It confirms the DS/Globalist depopulation agenda. This remains the overarching objective of SARS-Covid-2 along with the accompanied gene therapy injections.
The Democrats will fix this with single payer..it will eliminate the donations from for-profit hospitals and put it all under the control of benevolent politicians who really, really care.
