The real kicker is that people who work in construction and industry, folks really subject to dust and particulate matter can't find a decent mask. The good old 3M N95 masks are nowhere to be found. Working people can't get 'em, but some government bureaucrat sitting at his desk shuffling papers has access to a lifetime supply.
