Macomb County Prosecutor says criminal charges possible against Governor Whitmer over nursing home deaths
Criminal charges could be in the works against Governor Gretchen Whitmer over putting COVID patients inside nursing homes used as hubs early in the pandemic.
New Macomb County Prosecutor Peter Lucido says people who lost loved ones to COVID as residents or staff inside nursing homes should go back to get the vital information about the circumstances of their death and take that to local police and make a complaint as a wrongful death.
Lucido says with HIPAA laws, he can’t get that information in his own investigation.
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is currently under investigation for allegedly doctoring the number of COVID deaths inside nursing homes. Lucido says only 5 states including Michigan and New York used the care facilities as hubs.
Lucido tells 7 Action News, “If we find there’s been willful neglect of office if we find there’s been reckless endangerment of a person’s life by bringing them in then we would move forward with charges against the Governor. Of course, we would. Nobody’s above the law in this state.”

Hopefully, some justice can be achieved for the victims of these power mad politicians, who clearly did this for financial and “Get Trump” reasons, and there is no science that will back up what these criminals did. The fact that they were killing nursing home patients with their policies was brought to their attention months before the policy was rescinded, so they can’t say they didn’t know.
It seems like the dam, on blacking out this news story, is past the point of leaking and is about to blow wide open. All the king’s (Obama’s) reporters, and all the king’’s anchormen can’t put this story back in the memory hole again.
Whitmer’s going to be charged for nursing home deaths before Cuomo?
Let us not forget whom the scoundrels are, who murdered those among us, who most needed the protection of the states, namely:
1. Gov Cuomo (D-NY)
2. Gov Whitmer (D-MI)
3. Gov Wolf (D-PA)
4. Gov Murphy (D-NJ)
5. Gov Newsom (D-CA)
Their removal and prosecution is not a political issue, nor should it be, despite there being a strong likelihood that politics were a large part of their motivation. Their prosecutions should be bi-partisan. If the left can dismiss this conduct, it is only a matter of time before this happens to everyone who is not a communist. First they came for the elderly and infirm.....

Since the end of WWII, Americans have increasingly looked to the “government” to solve their social problems instead of just protecting them from enemies.
Naturally, things like bettering one’s self became a “problem” to which the government MUST find a solution.
After all, there are people starving the urban ghetto.
Now that the government is in control of solving everyday problems on our behalf, we no longer have to struggle to better our lot in life.
And, happily, we don’t need to sacrifice any of our time, talents or money for those we disdainfully look upon with pity.
They should be like us, with government support of course.
Now, what other social ill can we solve?
And neither will be nailed for corruption.

That is another reason many of the MI residents last year stayed in FL until June because the FL science was healthier.
