White House press secretary Jen Psaki on Thursday defended Pres Biden’s recent trips to Delaware, saying "that’s where he lives."
A reporter pressed Psaki on whether Biden was setting a poor example on “personal travel during the pandemic” when the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is urging people to avoid non-essential trips.
“Well, the president lives in Wilmington. It’s his home. That’s where he’s lived for many, many years,” Psaki said.
“And as you know, as any president of the United States does, he takes a private airplane called Air Force One to travel there. That is of course a unique — unique from most Americans. But I think most Americans would also see that as a unique circumstance.”
Biden has traveled to Delaware on weekends since taking office Jan. 20. Biden said in a February interview that the White House was a “little like a gilded cage in terms of being able to walk outside and do things” and that he preferred the more secluded vice presidential residence in Washington.
Biden frequently encourages the public to take the coronavirus pandemic seriously by wearing a face mask and limiting social interactions. On Wednesday, he slammed the Republican governors of Texas and Mississippi for “Neanderthal thinking” after they said that mask-wearing would be voluntary rather than mandatory.

Almost two months in office and we’ve haven’t seen many pictures or videos of him actually sitting in the Oval Office. The Hidin Biden team is tightly controlling his media appearances and being aided and abetted by the MSM in hiding China Joe’s mental impairment from the American people. This is pretty obvious.
This is troubling for one gigantic reason.......Delaware is crawling with Bidens looking for a tax-paid federal payday.

He may just helicopter there. By the time he boards his chopper, gets to Andrews, boards a plane, takes off, lands, and autos to his house, he could have easily made to his yard if he stayed on the helicopter.
And DE is getting ready to start and I-95 construction project to close to one or two lanes for two years.
I-95 already sucked, but image it with one lane open, and POTUS flying in to the New Castle County airport...
