One commentator explained on Twitter: “#superstraight is trending. It’s a satiric movement of straight men mocking the accusation of transphobia for not sleeping with transwomen.”
The resurgence of the term is thought to have come from a TikTok user who defined himself as “super straight” and asked people not to be “superphobic” towards him.
OK, with this I'd be a "super straight" guy, but I might be able to see my way clear on relaxing some of the rules a little bit for a girlfriend...if I can watch.

The term “super straight,” from it original thinking referred to males who went to church, wore their hair with the standard cut, had a clean shave, did not take drugs, was looking for a nice girl to marry, did not use crude language, became police officers and joined the military, honored their parents, and identified with the mainstream American culture. They would support President Trump.

So IOW “super straight” means normal...an actual man (XY) and an actual woman (XX) being attracted to each other.

Certainly forgivable, but I think you may be a little off on the terminology. My understanding is that “cisgender” means a woman who presents herself as a woman (or a man who presents himself as a man). I doubt that you mean that you’d be okay with your girlfriend sporting facial hair and presenting herself as a man, no? I can only speak for myself, but as a heterosexual male, I am viscerally disgusted by “trans” in a way that I’m not disgusted by lesbians. There is something so phony and creepy and nauseating about these people who disfigure themselves into some sort of parody of the opposite sex.
