In 2012, Mitt Romney, to his everlasting shame, kicked Ric Grenell off his campaign because Ric is gay.

I doubt that is the reason the the former Massachusetts governor fired Grenell. How did he get on his campaign in the first place?

We have enough mentally ill people in the GOP we don’t need to invite faggots (2% of the population) who really never vote conservative anyways while distancing Christians from the party.
It is a sin that cries out to heaven for vengeance so no, I will never just accept them for any reason.

“Notably, the generational group that has the highest percentage of people who identify as LGBT is the youngest — Generation Z (born 1997 to 2002) — with 15.9%. That compares to 9.1% of millennials (born 1981 to 1996), 3.8% of Generation X (born 1965 to 1980), 2% of baby boomers (born 1946 to 1964) and 1.3% of traditionalists (born before 1946).”

“I hate to bring up Ric Grenell here because the least interesting thing about him is that he is gay, but he represents the choice to win that conservatives are making.”

Ok, one exception (apparently), although Tribalism seems to be the rule with people, so don’t be surprised if Grenell comes out for bestiality or ‘man-boy love’, when the Left moves on to those issues. If he doesn’t, I’ll be pleasantly surprised.

But the other 95% of gays working high up in the Republican Party became the “Lincoln Project” (a name not chosen by accident, by the way) and not only spent every waking moment trying to take out Trump, they also went after other Republicans - some of which hated Trump. Again, those were REPUBLICAN LEADERS just a few years ago, who Republican candidates now had to fight off.

So no thanks, we don’t need gays (or for that matter cross-dressers or pedophiles) in the GOP or any new party’s leadership - been there, done that, and it does not work out well for conservatives.

Yea, lets worry about the minority gay community inclusion and votes not the 80 MILLION+ that were flushed down the toilet by the cut throat traitor cowards in the GOP. They never learn their lesson because most are compromised and dirty with the rats

Welcoming gays will mean Republicans will be pressured to adopt some aspects of the LGBT agenda. This will disaffect more Christians than it gains LGBTs, and is thus a bad trade.

I would much rather we spend more time figuring out how to get more Asians.

You have to subtract the McConnells before you can add in more normals.

“there are some people who see a lane for personal prominence they can’t otherwise earn through refighting battles that we called a truce on years ago.”

Which people, and in what way are they refighting those battles?

It will drive true conservatives away from the GOP so they are not really gaining anything by compromising godliness.

There is a difference between those whose goal is to destroy the family, and those who wish to be left alone in their predelictions.

Great article... My brother in law (Mrs. D brother) is gay. Who cares who they love. God made all people - including gays. HE made them and HE didn’t make mistakes...

Kurt, I like you, but I’m not falling for any Jedi mind tricks.

No one is saying that various kinds of perverts cannot vote for a Republican. But if you’re trying to tell me that a conservative has to be muzzled to the extent of not being able to state the obvious (homosexuality and lesbianism is perverted), we have to part company.

If Grinnell takes conservative positions, I’m all for it. If he tries to push a homosexual agenda into public policy, I am against it.

Am I right in thinking “Fredocon” is code for “incompetent traitor”? Never heard that term before.
