He has been attacked, arrested, ridiculed because he is not “the right kind” of gay guy.
The same way women conservatives and black conservatives are attacked.

You are correct... I have many business associates and relatives who are. To us, it isn’t a big deal. I’d rather have them fighting with me than some very religious people, who thinks they are holier than we are.

Amen... before I met Mrs D, I was married. My stepson, her son, came out to us when he was 12 (in 1992). I accepted him but his mom thought he was Satan. Ex wife could make AOC look like a Reagan Republican 😃, she was for gay rights, except for her kid. We broke up a year later when he tried to hang himself, but I found him. Today, he still calls me once a week, he has a partner and they adopted 2 kids. He is a 2A supporter, pro-life, military supporter (he was in the Army), business owner (Auto Repair) and his partner is a town council member.

Boy, you better met some Gay Republicans, like my son from ex. In high school, he demanded from his science teacher to prove global warming... If you looked at him in his yearbook he looked like a typical 90s teenage male. His partner is more Conservative than he is. (They live in a small town in New England).

That's the problem, they don't. Not every gay person is like that. And I agree, I don't support any of those "in your face" demonstrations. I support those gays who just want to be left alone and not judged by others because of their sex life. In my personal experience, most gays are like that but you will never know it by watching TV.

Totally agree! These sanctimonious people would rather fight with a murderer, thief or wife abuser than let a patriotic, conservative "faggot" in their foxhole. And we wonder why we are losing this fight.
