Lin Wood did release the tape. I have watched it several times. The whistleblower’s face is blurred for obvious reasons, but he is very credible.

Mike Pence’s staff were routinely and openly problematic to President Trump.

So this whistleblower is allegedly the same guy who was involved in the Rod Rosenstein crew secretly and illegally spying on journalist Sharyl Atkisson.
