I would have paid money to watch her and listen to her comments about losing this pork.

Any bets that she could stroke out in the capitol building, when events like this whack her.

That deletion doesn’t sanitize this bill by a long shot. Ut needs to be shut down in the Senate.

"The Senate parliamentarian ruled the $140 million appropriation wasn’t allowed under the so-called Byrd rule that polices unrelated items in budget reconciliation bills."

Never mind that Congress cannot justify the subway under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-very limited powers.

"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

Gotcha Nancy...You're nothing more than a political prostitute.

How dare you even put it in the bill.

Let’s see if they can lop off another 1.5 trillion. And 400 billion is still a hell of a lot of money.

There’s also $70 million going to Honolulu’s failed rail project (the most expensive transportation project per mile in U.S. history).

It’s a Bart extension in San Jose, not her district so why is she bemoaning San Francisco’s drop in usage of the local bus and rail cars? It’s an unemployment thing. Fund unemployment, not the trains

Well, I can certainly see how that’s Covid-related. /s

They can’t just help out the American people. They have to do all of this other nonsense.

“Byrd rule”..? But he’s a KKK racist. Anything he ever did needs to be cancelled.

Kinda surprised the media hasn’t quietly changed that “D” after his name to “R”.
