Sounds more like a gimmick if you ask me. Someone cashing in on Covid panic buyers.

It’s the exact opposite of freedom.
That takes care of the wrist. Now for the forehead. A sweatband perhaps?
Those things look removeable so it seems like an opportunity for fraud to take place. I would suggest something more permanent. Like a tattoo of some sort. A mark, if you will.
They’ve gone from “never again” to “where do I sign up”.
