A statement from Kathryn Limbaugh and family said Rush Hudson Limbaugh III was honorably laid to rest Wednesday in St. Louis, with close immediate family in attendance. There will be additional celebrations of Rush's life to come both virtually and in his home town of Cape Girardeau, the statement said. It was later confirmed that Limbaugh was buried at Bellefontaine Cemetery, a historic cemetery in St. Louis where many other famous Missourians have been laid to rest.

Interesting a Marine is present when Rush was not a veteran. Was there there in a personal tribute or did the Marine Corps provide support? I frankly can’t imagine that the DoD provided any support.

Sorry I disagree. He should have been cremated and his ashes spread over Augusta National or Pebble Beach, that would have been fitting.
I fear the desecration that will happen at the cemetery, and it will happen .
Jane Fonda should be cremated and scattered as her burial site will be a magnet for desecration and well deserved I might say.

I think the cemetery was chosen because many famous Missourians are buried there. Rush Limbaugh had no ties to St. Louis but rather to Cape Girardeau. It is likely that the cemetery has good security due to its prominence.

How I miss 2019. Everything was perfect. The economy was going gangbusters. Enemies of America were cowering. Trump was reigning supreme over enemies domestic and foreign and coasting to reelection. Rush was breathing fire into the golden mic. Then fast forward into Spring of 2021.. I hear ya.... :-(
