All of a sudden, here it is the end of February and there is no State of the Union (SOTU) address scheduled for President Biden. That’s odd because last month, Biden promised what sounds exactly like a SOTU:
"Next month, in my first appearance before a joint session of Congress, I will lay out my 'Build Back Better' recovery plan," he said. "It will make historic investments in infrastructure, manufacturing, innovation, and research and development in clean energy."
AP and PBS both got wind that the address was to be given on February 23 in and said so in posts that are now deep-sixed:

Apparently you have never watched the actual coverage of these events for the last 40 years or so... They have called them State of the Union addresses just as they do every year. But I am glad to see that you have gotten the latest talking points from Wikipedia and the leftist media as they change history to cover for Biden. It shows the rest of us how just pliable your mind is.

If the president, someone in the White House, or someone in the media calls Biden’s speech a State of the Union Address, they are incorrect.

Again you can easily look up the coverage of any of the first year State of the Union addresses for every new President in the last 50 years or so. “They” is pretty much everyone.

I’m surprised it really hasn’t yet occurred to anybody that in the eyes of the coup leaders there really isn’t any such “union” at all whatsoever any longer..and consequently no real need or expectation of any such speech informing their employers, We the People, of what is going on.

I could give you dozens of other examples, but the point is completely moot. It is a long standing tradition for a newly elected President to give an Address to a Joint Session of Congress. It is also a long standing practice by the media, and by elected officials including the President to call this address a State of the Union address. This year we have a man in the office who is likely incapable of giving a similar address, so now the leftist talking points that you are parroting claim that this long standing tradition is not technically a State of the Union Address so he doesn't need to give it. It would be funny if the quasi-official big tech record was not being altered in real time to support these talking points.
It reminds me a little of the windmill debacle in Texas. The percentage of power being generated by windmills in the Texas grid was 30% the week before and dropped to basically zero during the crisis. In years past, February has typically been the third highest month for the percentage of wind powered energy in the Texas grid, but we are now being told by the media that almost no power is generated in February wind anyway and this was a failure of gas and coal fired power plants. This is an outright lie made in an effort to hide the abject failure of unreliable renewable energy in Texas. And in the past week the charts and records showing the truth have largely been pulled down or the search engines no longer show where they can be found. Such is the power of big tech.
