Medications such as those used to stave off the symptoms of dementia and Alzheimers do become less active over time. Just how much time depends on the over all health of the patient, how far the dementia condition has advanced and when the condition was first diagnosed and treatment began. Medications have side effects and sometimes those side effects require other medications to deal with and those medications have side effects as well. All of this combined, even in a much younger patient will have consequences that are going to effect the long term health of the patient. In an elderly patient such as this wreck of a man these consequences will be severe. I wish nothing but ill for this grifting criminal pervert. It's America I fear for.
