Under Armour appears to be the next big corporation found to be forcing employees to undergo anti-white training sessions, a report says.
According to the Outkick, a whistleblower is reporting that the sportswear giant has mandated that employees take a so-called “anti-racism” course entitled “Above the Surface: Dominant White Progressive Narratives” that urges white employees to examine how they might be racist.
Under Armour “forced its white employees to participate in a training program that asked them to consider ways in which they might be racist.”
The course’s moderator even reportedly asked white employees how many “virtually all-white” funerals they had attended during their lives, insisting that not going to a minority funeral may prove the employee is racist. After asking that question, the moderator quickly interrupted, saying that she didn’t want to give whites time to think of their answer. She then told white employees that the question “should be something that you are thinking about if you are white for the rest of your life.”
In another part of the training, whites are told that saying “I was taught to treat everyone the same” is also racist.
The program’s host went on saying, “I’m hoping that those questions for most white people surface, that there’s a little more going on than ‘we just were taught to see everybody as equal.'”
According to the whistleblower, this particular training session was held in the Spring of 2020.
The training also attacked the white employees’ parents if their parents moved to a particular place to get their kids into “good schools.”
“Did your parents care about what kind of school you went to? If so, why?” the program asked Under Armor’s employees, adding, “How often had you had a teacher or professor of your own race(s)?”

Butt butt butt equity/equality and 💩.
I changed counties to get my son out of the HISD (Houston Independent School District) That was in 1980....he’s a physicist today.
Great move for your son and you.
The letter asked her as a white person to remain quiet during the training session to allow people of color to feel comfortable being able to express themselves during the session.
That B$ is the main reason I got out of management and went back to being a sales rep. That was during the LBJ years.
It infected every aspect of management from interviewing, hiring, training and Heaven forbid trying to deal with the people hired during those times.
Well another one for the no patronage list
Same here.
I can actually state that I have NEVER HAD UA apparel since high school. What was that? 15 years ago? tHE MAGIC WORD HERE IS had..NOT BOUGHT. Never, EVER bought one.
Seriously, they’re trying to tweak it with “The Platinum Rule.”
“Treat others as you would like to be treated” (Golden Rule) is passe.
“Treat others as _they_ would like to be treated” (Platinum rule) is meant to at least supplement it.
For example, that means calling people by the genders they want to be called, not the gender they were born as.
“Many large companies employ this radical anti white training”
I work production for all major studios in Hollywood. It’s mandatory every year. Some asshole obama child tries to lecture us for TWO effing days while we crackers pretend to feel “sorry”. I’m a paying member of SAG, so all the acting lessons paid off.
Every class there’s ALWAYS some smart aleck kid who just says “yeah, whatever, it’s white people’s fault, where do I sign the affidavite and get the F outa here?” while everyone laughs.
Oh dang gummit... Under Armour comprises most of my non-work related clothing (yes, I’m a jockette, but I can wear spandex/athletic gear and look pretty decent in it.)
I am so sick of with Woke crapola. And I have spent thousands of dollars on UA gear over the past twelve years...
I just called their customer service line to let them know that they will never see another dime from me because I don’t deal with racists.
Good to know, I will never buy UA again. They’ll regret creating a hostile work environment.
Darn right. This should go to the Supreme Court. Imagine taking all the black employees aside and asking them to imagine the ways in which they are racist, or better yet criminal.
UA is long past its use-by date. It may not even exist five years from now.
That is extremely hard to do..get real.
From the EEOC website, "The law forbids discrimination when it comes to any aspect of employment, including hiring, firing, pay, job assignments, promotions, layoff, training, fringe benefits, and any other term or condition of employment."
Now, if someone had the guts to sue them.
>>I changed counties to get my son out of the HISD (Houston Independent School District)<<
Yea, I suffered a couple of years in HISD back in the early 70’s.
Nike was on my no buy list. Now Under Armour. Good grief.
Pix or it ain't so. :-)
It’s not hard to do, that’s how the left got all this started. It would just take a couple of white employees and file suit. You would have to work for one of those companies but a few lawsuits and this crap would stop
I imagine they would flip out if a white person ever asked:
“If white people have all the power, WHY would we want to give it up? What’s in it for US, and our kids, if we work at Eliminating Whiteness?”
