President Joe Biden is reportedly considering “every tool” at his disposal to crack down on Second Amendment rights as left-wing activists are pushing him to deal with the issue of gun violence by declaring a national emergency and using executive orders.
“Among the executive actions under consideration by the administration is one that would require buyers of so-called ghost guns — homemade or makeshift firearms that lack serial numbers — to undergo background checks,” Politico reported. A White House official told Politico that Biden was considering “every tool at our disposal, including executive actions” to crack down on the Second Amendment.

Maybe the left sees Biden as a tool to remove the 2nd Amend? Hoping for something to happen to him,(Think 11/22/63) maybe even with DNC approval. But the need a fall guy for it. I would not put it past them, the means always justify the ends with them.
Well, one thing for sure, if Biden’s criminal cabal starts confiscating citizen’s firearms, as usual, the SCOTUS will refuse to hear the case. Cowards or complicit criminals? I’d say both. For all of the Chinese owned anti Americans who serve in DC, their oath to our Constitution means nothing to them. That clearly demonstrates and confirms the illegitimacy of the current US Government.
We don’t have a gun problem. We have a drug problem. I’d wager the vast majority of gun crimes are drug related including murders, attempted murders and armed robberies. Burglaries and other robberies probably also largely related to the drug problem.
While I am not a Biden supporter, I do believe he is sufficiently intelligent and sane enough to avoid being led into any more unconstitutional ‘gun control.’ (If he did, there would be so much blood in the streets of America that the Red Cross would be able to supply the entire world...) I just don’t think he wants such an ugly, gruesome legacy.
We will see.

I think the best bet is to advance state level legislation that would specifically oppress the gun rights of leftists.
1) Resolve that both BLM and Antifa are “White Supremacist” organizations. And as such, because of the ‘Third Enforcement Act’ of 1871, the POTUS may suspend the writ of habeas corpus to combat them. Granted, Biden would never do so, but even they could figure out that Biden won’t be around forever.
2) Individual states should publish the faces of Antifa and BLM members, each clearly labeled as “White Supremacist”.
3) If Biden pushes through *any* form of gun control, the states should strongly enforce it against leftists and Democrats, first. Any out of state gun control advocate should be thoroughly searched for guns or ammo, repeatedly.
Do executive orders actually apply outside of the Executive Branch? I did not think that they did.

Governments ALWAYS disarm citizens before the governments start mass murdering their citizens. The only reason other countries that have already disarmed their citizens have not started mass murdering their citizens is because American citizens are still armed/America still stands. Well now...let’s us look at Chicago, a city that is a far cry from the rest of the USA. Chicago began the year with 51 homicides in January...I don’t think the country is ready for blanket gun-control...they should start with the areas that need gun control - don’cha think?
That already is a law. If you built a so called ghost gun (perfectly legal) you have to go through an FFL dealer to sell it.
