President Joe Biden is reportedly considering “every tool” at his disposal to crack down on Second Amendment rights as left-wing activists are pushing him to deal with the issue of gun violence by declaring a national emergency and using executive orders.
“Among the executive actions under consideration by the administration is one that would require buyers of so-called ghost guns — homemade or makeshift firearms that lack serial numbers — to undergo background checks,” Politico reported. A White House official told Politico that Biden was considering “every tool at our disposal, including executive actions” to crack down on the Second Amendment.

Well, they cracked down on the 1st amendment so now they move on. And here I thought "cracking down" on a Constitutional amendment was near impossible.

His bosses in China waste no time, they want to take over the country ASAP and it’s going to be hard to send in their troops if the population is armed.
This could rival the amount of money wasted (don’t include payments to cronies) on the War on Poverty.
The “national emergency” is primarily in ‘rat cities and schools and other venues which already have strict gun control. So, if there is any emergency at all, it is an emergency to restore the defense rights of those in such locales, so as to bring their gun violence rates down to the level of other places in America where such rights were never infringed, or at least not so strongly infringed.
The Constitution and Bill of Rights were written by dead white slaveholders—it is absurd to think Democrats would honor it.
Where is the enumerated power to declare an emergency that lets you do anything you please?
