Nearly three dozen House Democrats on Monday called on Biden to relinquish his sole authority to launch nuclear weapons, in the latest appeal to reform the command-and-control structure so that no single person can initiate a nuclear war.
“…Vesting one person with this authority entails real risks,” states the letter spearheaded by Rep. Jimmy Panetta of California. “Past presidents have threatened to attack other countries with nuclear weapons or exhibited behavior that caused other officials to express concern about the president’s judgment.“

Of course you are correct—we do not _know_ for sure that the President has control of the codes...but these Democratic Congress-critters _believe_ Bidet does, so their letter is a clear vote of no confidence in _their_ “leader”.

Because in case of a nuclear launch from Russia you only have minutes to act. There’s not enough time to get the Congress out of their opium dens and brothels to spend weeks discussing the issue.
Nasty has a very clear and very well implemented plan:
1. Legislation enabling implementation of the removal of a feckless old fart fool under the 25th amendment.
2. Selection of a non NBC Vice President.
3. MASSIVE vote fraud to insure the feckless fool and the anchor baby are elected. (the feign)
3. Significant arm twisting to insure the much hated Nancy Pelosi squeaks back into being the Speaker of the House.
4. Official recognition that the senile feckless old fart fool is unfit for office, remove him under the 25th Amendment.
5. After providing non-NBC obama with cover to be president, she suddenly gets religion with regards to anchor baby Harris.
6. Harris removed from office under Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution. (shift)
7. Next in the line of succession is none other than the much hated Speaker of the house, Nancy Pelosi! (kill)
4, 5 and 6 must be done too quickly for the Senate to approve anyone Harris taps to be the replacement VP, forcing the mantle to go to next in line.
Plan B is to have “a lone gunman white supremacist nationalist” assassinate Harris the same day Biden is booted. obliterating the need for steps 5 and 6, while justifying eliminating private ownership of firearms and white men...
If he can’t do the job, then impeach him.
