COMPLAINT AND DEMAND FOR JURY TRIAL
1.After hitting the jackpot with Donald Trump’s endorsement for MyPillow and after a million-dollar bet on Fox News ads had paid out handsome returns, Michael Lindell exploited another chance to boost sales: marketing MyPillow to people who would tune in and attend rallies to hear Lindell tell the “Big Lie” that Dominion had stolen the 2020 election

First Sidney Powell, now Mike Lindell.
Discovery
Mike has been begging Dominion to sue him for weeks now.
I have a feeling he’ll be on War Room today discussing this.
Dominion as such probably did not steal the election. The people who re-programmed the units were the guilty ones. Dominion partially guilty for not building in safeguards? Maybe tacit cooperation with the Marxists? Is Soros financially involved in Dominion? Discovery phase should prove interesting.
I think this is what Jonathan Swift meant by by words multiplied.

Thanks!
If Dominion gave advise on use to use the vote adjudication feature or fractional vote feature and/or advice on how to turnoff or cleanup the logs afterwards, that would give them culpability in aiding and abetting in the fraud. “Here’s how you commit the crime...”
OTOH, I believe with all the thousand+ affadavits already filed, some or many document Dominion employees being on-site for the fraud. That, and various DOminion execs making wild statements (the making sure Trump can not actually win comes to mind).
“Here’s how you add batch votes via thumbdrives, outside the normal procedures.”
That works both ways.
Game on.
This is ultimately headed for a traitorous USSC. Only Thomas and Alioto are concerned first with Constitutionality. All the other “conservative justices feel a need to get along for their own personal safety and cocktail parties.
Dominion files in the District of Columbia, sending out a cry of help from the Orcs.
Keep it going folks - everyone in my family is going to get a MyPillow as gifts this year, birthdays, Christmas, etc.
The products are great too.
> If Dominion gave advise on use to use the vote adjudication feature or fractional vote feature...
I’ve read through hundreds of pages of Dominion Democracy Suite documentation, and have yet to come across anything indicating that existence of some sort of fractional voting capability. In all the exports that I’ve seen coming out of the Dominion system votes are represented as integers, not doubles or floats. Can someone point me to some compelling evidence that this capability exist in the Dominion system? I suspect all this stuff about “fractional” votes arose due to some downstream system outside the control of Dominion.
Why would any intermediate vote tabulating systems ever use fractions? How would those fractions come into existence? Guys who looked into this saw them.
If you need a gift for a liberal/progressive/socialist family member, get em a MyPillow or a bottle of Trump wine.
That fractional vote counting feature is not a secret and has not been denied that the feature exists.
> Why would any intermediate vote tabulating systems ever use fractions? How would those fractions come into existence? Guys who looked into this saw them.
Where did those guys see them?
I recall there was this “mathematician” (I don’t think he was), who claimed he found statistical anomalies in the votes. He had some youtube videos up and he was also interviewed by OAN. He performed his analysis on precinct level vote data, and everything he showed was integers, no floats or doubles. I want to know where people were seeing these fractional votes.

Below is what Dominion says about this:

Is there an algorithm that can secretly reapportion “fractions” of votes?
No, Dominion systems do not support fractional or “weighted” voting.
