Oxford undergraduates are being told that simply not being racist ‘isn’t good enough’ and they must be prepared to take action on the issue.
The revelation from a workshop at St Hugh’s College comes amid growing scrutiny about anti-racism training across the university, which critics say does not work.
While not mandatory, students were told they were ‘expected to make time’ to attend the It’s About Race event.

This is really just — “If you’re not part of the Solution, then you’re part of the Problem.”
Just a bit more “in your face”.
As we left an diversity indoctrination session at General Dynamics we were discussing where this was going. A woman said, something to the effect, “You know, it’s obvious where this is going. Eventually, just being accepting of (fill in the current liberal fad) or simply tolerating it, we must be actively, physically accepting of it. Eventually, we will all be required to have gay sex to prove we aren’t anti-gay, or marry a black to prove we aren’t racist.”
I think we all agreed that, eventually, just being accepting would be insufficient. Active support and encouragement would be required.
I recall a trans “woman” (AKA a male) who complained that “she” was going to lesbian bars and they refused to have sex with “her.” He thought they should be made to have sex with “her.” (In my workplace experience, lesbians hate EVERYBODY. But if you are only turned on by a certain thing, someone pretending to be that thing simply will not work.)
So Trans People are racist?

About 1.5 years ago, we had the “unconscious bias” training. A weak token example of said bias against white males was thrown in and glossed over at the speed of light in the 3 hour training. Bunch of new racial stuff on top of the already mountain of racial stuff was implemented since Geo Floyd event, but my company quietly leveraged that incident and slipped into its code of ethics/non-”diss”crime-in-our-nation policy without announcing it, the alphabet soup of sexual practices and “gender self identification”...and use of gender pronouns protections. Logically, all these “protections” are irreconcilable. A person with traditional Judeo-Christian beliefs is irreconcilable with most of the other groups. Also, if white male says “ok”, I identify as a lesbian, the company Anti-sex League will terminate him for insensitivity, or at best give him a warning that he will be fired if he does that again. At least they won’t make him pull down his pants, yet. Or that an older worker would be let go if he says that it is cultural imperialism and disrespectful to force him to stop using the language (he, she-it) of his ethnic origin. I see the recent new hires-millennials have been all college indoctrinated in this insanity so they don’t actually think, they parrot it all as they have been trained. If I were coming out of college today, with my beliefs, I could not be hired, nor would I want to work in the company. There seems to be more time being spent on this crap than on the customers who are paying everyone’s wages.
As I am close to retirement, this crap is enough to make me walk at a moments notice. One high performing colleague has already given his ... says it isn’t the same company anymore, and does not like the direction. Sad thing is that I don’t care if the company collapses because of this. (re-)Read Orwell’s 1984. You will see it is actually coming to fruition.

Sounds great, right? Until you realize that they consider all People of Palor, capitalism, and Western Civilization, Judeo-Christian values, and math racists.
Also all East Asians, Indians, etc
Basically anyone who is not black or Hispanic is racist, and they are racist if they practice any religion other than Islam or some pagan thing, are not committed communists, and if they are men.
So basically the only non-racists are black Hispanic gay Muslims who affirm communism. And are transgendered somehow.
So the Obamas, basically, are the closest they have to not being racists.

White people are not “people” anymore according to the latest greatest thinkers. We’re sub-humans, just like my grandparents in Germany.

“Anti racist” obviously means,among other things,that one believes that white people are evil...inferior...dangerous.

Everyday I see Goebbel-esque statements from the left.
Major corporations are also calling on their employees to “lend their privilege” to others. Meaning, give up your job to a black person. I kid you not. They don’t say “white privilege”, they simply say “your privilege”.
They also call a white person doing this a “steward” for “anti-racism”. “Be a steward and help those without privilege.”
Start expecting the safety and quality of major company products to fall.
Can we put on ‘Black Face’ now?
