During a town hall on CNN on Tuesday, President Joe Biden said that he thinks “by next Christmas, I think we’ll be in a very different circumstance,” “there will be significantly fewer people having to be socially distanced, having to wear a mask,” a year from now, and it’s “highly unlikely that by the beginning of next year’s traditional school year in September, we are not significantly better off than we are today.”

This strongly implies that in, e.g., a crowded venue, some people will be still required to wear a mask, distance, etc. - while others will be free to mingle without wearing a mask.
Hence my question: How will the "ushers" (read: enforcers) be able to distinguish between the two groups? Will we all be sporting ear-tags, like cattle?
Or, if questioned by an enforcer because I am sitting at a crowded restaurant table with my unmasked friends, will I be able to simply claim that I belong to the privileged class?
What are the logistics of this?

Who will be allowed into the group that officially won’t have to socially distance or wear masks anymore, Joe? How will that work on public transportation or in stores? Who is going to protect the privileged group from harm by the non-privileged group when the privileged are out and about like it was 2019? What about “we’re all in this together”, Joe? I’m already doing what I want but officially, it has to be all or nothing, you demented clown.
Significantly fewer because they intend for there to be less people around.
Those who kneeled to vaccine are wondering why king biden has not rewarded him. The majority i know are dems and they are standing there hands out. I keep hearing anout breakthrough cases becase this vaccine is a misnomer. It does not confer immunity like taditional vaccines. They knew it and created it anyway. You just have to ask why.

I wonder if “they” even tell Biden (really or Jill or Kamala) what the complete plan is? Seems unlikely as Joe will “accidentally” spill the beans if he knows.
It’s interesting but at most he speaks about covid.....nothing else to speak of.
